技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种散热器,具体指一种用在汽车进气系统中的进气管气流分流旋转增速器。
技术背景:
在汽车发动行驶过程中,汽车的进气系统需瞬间不停的吸入大量的空气,空气流量供应的多少影响汽车动力的产生,现有汽车的进气系统所处的位置空间小,尤其是进气管不能及时通风散热,这就导致组件温度过高,管内空气稀薄,直接影响汽车的制动效果,使得制动力不足。虽然有的设有风扇和水冷散热器将多余的热量散去,但不能在极短的时间内降低进气管的热量,导致温度过高,影响组件性能及行车安全,且由于进气管由于管径太小,影响进气管空气进气的流速,使得汽车发动机内燃料充分燃烧所需的空气不足,导致汽车不能产生最大制动力,影响行车速度。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种适用于汽车通气管的气流分流旋转增速器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
气流分流旋转增速器,其是两个同芯圆柱间通过分风板连接。
分风板与两个圆柱间的固定角度为15~30度。
本实用新型用于安装固定在汽车进气系统组件上,通过圆箍连接汽车发动机的进气管,内圆柱和分风板将进气进行分流及使进风旋转,加速进气的速度,使气体进入汽车汽缸的速度加快。

具体实施方式
气流增速散热器,其是两个同芯圆柱1、2间通过6片分风板3连接。分风板为S形。
