本实用新型提供一种三导轨机械滑台,有滑座体(1),滑座体(1)两端有导轨(2)、(3),导轨(2)、(3)上置有滑台(4),在导轨(2)、(3)之间设有中间导轨(5),中间导轨(5)与滑台(4)之间有镶条(6)。即以中间导轨导向,滑台体无论受到那种方向的力,无论是顺时针的旋转趋势,还是逆时针的旋转趋势,都有右导轨或左导轨给滑台以支持力,刚性及导向约束稳定性高;特别是滑台受热时,滑台以中间导轨为中心左右变形,变形量小;滑台所受到的轴向切削抗力与中间导轨比较接近,力臂小、力矩小、受力状态小,可满足高精度机床的需要。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种机械滑台,尤其是一种具有导向约束稳定性高、刚度高、变形小的三导轨滑台。
背景技术:
机械滑台是组合机床及专用机床使用的一种动力驱动部件,它使安装在滑台面上的动力头完成钻、扩、铰、镗、铣等加工工艺,现有滑台基本上都是双导轨滑台。双导轨滑台的结构是有滑座体,在滑座体的两端设有导轨,导轨上置有滑台,其导向有双导轨外侧或内侧导向及单导轨双侧导向之分。双导轨外侧或内侧导向的缺点是当受到-y和+y作用时,特别是滑台体高频振动(高速精镗)时,滑座体两个导轨变形速度跟不上,滑座体对滑台体的支持力下降,即约束稳定性差;而单导轨双侧导向当受到-y和+y作用时,滑台体始终与滑座体导轨一起移动,特别是高频振动时滑台体始终强迫着滑座体导轨跟着振动,滑座体始终给滑台体以支持力,所以单导轨双侧导向的约束稳定性较好。但是,单导轨双侧导向也有不足之处:当滑台体受到-y力作用时,滑台体有逆时针旋转的趋势,左侧导轨承载面给滑台体以支持力;当滑台体受到+y力作用时,滑台体有顺时针旋转的趋势,此时,滑台体与滑座体承载面之间的弹性接触变形减少,若受力很大而使两者之间出现间隙,滑台体在左导轨面上就会失去引导;尤其是滑台受热时,滑台是以导向导轨中心向左变形,变形不均匀且变形量大。因此,目前的双导轨滑台精度不能满足高精度机床的需要。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的受力状态差、变形量大等技术问题,提供一种具有导向约束稳定性高、刚度高、变形小的三导轨滑台。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种三导轨机械滑台,有滑座体1,滑座体1两端有导轨2、3,导轨2、3上置有滑台4,在导轨2、3之间设有中间导轨5,中间导轨5与滑台4之间有镶条6。
本实用新型是以置于两端导轨之间的中间导轨导向,滑台体无论受到那种方向的力,无论是顺时针的旋转趋势,还是逆时针的旋转趋势,都有右导轨或左导轨给滑台以支持力,刚性及导向约束稳定性高;特别是滑台受热时,滑台以中间导轨为中心左右变形,变形量小;滑台所受到的轴向切削抗力与中间导轨比较接近,力臂小、力矩小、受力状态小,可满足高精度机床的需要。

下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示:有滑座体1,滑座体1两端有导轨2、3,导轨2、3上置有滑台4,在导轨2、3之间设有中间导轨(镶钢导轨)5,中间导轨5与滑台4之间有镶条6,以实现以中间导轨为导向的三导轨导向滑台。
