本实用新型公开了一种炉底空心椭圆砖墩结构,其结构为:在砖墩(1)上有方型托板砖(2),在方型托板砖(2)上有料箱的箱底砖(3);砖墩(1)的截面为椭圆形;在砖墩(1)的中间有通孔(4);通孔(4)为竖直的,其截面为椭圆形。本实用新型采用空心的椭圆形砖墩,并在其上部砌筑方型托板砖,形成由若干椭圆砖墩之间的空隙构成的烟气通道,取消了以往实心的正方形砖墩,从而减少了烟气流动时产生的局部阻力损失,降低了因实心砖墩本身蓄热量大而造成焙烧炉热能的大量损耗,增加了炉底烟气对料箱底部的传热效率,使焙烧炉的温度及压力系统得到更有效地控制,并减少了焙烧炉的能量消耗。

本实用新型涉及一种焙烧炉,特别是涉及一种焙烧炉炉底结构。
背景技术:
传统的带盖式环式焙烧炉炉底砖墩,支撑着上部的焙烧炉料箱,若干个砖墩本身之间的空隙形成焙烧炉炉底烟气通道。并加热其上部的料箱。因砖墩为砖砌实心的正方形的砖墩,造成烟气负压的局部损失大,烟气流动不畅通,影响炉室的温度及压力系统的控制;再加上实心砖墩本身蓄热量大,造成焙烧炉热能的大量损耗。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种新型的炉底空心椭圆砖墩结构,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括砖墩(1),在砖墩(1)上有方型托板砖(2),在方型托板砖(2)上有料箱的箱底砖(3)。
砖墩(1)的截面为椭圆形;在砖墩(1)的中间有通孔(4),通孔(4)为竖直的,其截面为椭圆形。
本实用新型采用空心的椭圆形砖墩,并在其上部砌筑方型托板砖,形成由若干椭圆砖墩之间的空隙构成的烟气通道。由于取消了以往实心的正方形的砖墩,从而减少了烟气流动时产生的局部阻力损失,降低了因实心砖墩本身蓄热量大而造成焙烧炉热能的大量损耗,增加了炉底烟气对料箱底部的传热效率,使焙烧炉的温度压力系统得到了更有效地控制,并减少了焙烧炉的能量消耗。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:制作砖墩1,截面为椭圆形,并在其中间制作椭圆形的通孔4,制作方型托板砖2和箱底砖3;按照附图所示进行砌筑,在砖墩1的上面放置方型托板砖2,在方型托板砖2的上面砌筑料箱的箱底砖3;焙烧炉的其它结构及其施工与常规的相同。

1.一种炉底空心椭圆砖墩结构,它包括砖墩(1),其特征在于:在砖墩(1)上有方型托板砖(2),在方型托板砖(2)上有料箱的箱底砖(3)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的炉底空心椭圆砖墩结构,其特征在于:在砖墩(1)的中间有通孔(4);通孔(4)为竖直的,其截面为椭圆形。
