一种新型云母电加热板,由云母电热膜发热元件和云母绝缘板组成,其特征是,电热膜发热元件呈长条形,规则排列,用内部机械连接件固定在云母绝缘板上,整体背面和前面设有云母绝缘板,周边加设金属包边条卡住,在整体板面上,用外部锁紧装置将前后云母绝缘板压紧,电热膜发热元件的电路采用串、并联,两端的银电极采用金属软网连接接线端子引出,连接电源插头。优点是:电加热板的热效率高达96%以上,热惯性小,散热面大,升温快,寿命长。采用机械连接方式,长期高温工作,牢固可靠,变形小,散热好,整体表面温度可达300℃左右。适用于制作各种电加热器件,如超薄型辐射、对流电暖器用电加热板、农村暖房用的电热取暖装置的电加热板。

技术领域
本实用新型属于以材料成分为特征的欧姆电阻发热器件,特别涉及一种以云母绝缘板制备电热膜发热元件制成的新型云母电加热板。
背景技术
目前,市面上的超薄型辐射对流式电暖器,主要采用合金电热丝胶粘在云母板上加温压制而成加热板,这种电热丝加热板在高温下工作易开胶,有安全隐患,胶粘剂在高温下工作,产生刺激性气味较重,不利健康。
近年,采用云母板作基材,制备电热膜发热元件,构成面电热板,应用于电暖器的电加热板已有生产,其热效率高,热惯性小,升温快,寿命长,可长时间连续工作。但从使用情况看,有的高温稳定性不够,膜体易龟裂脱落,发生电量的流失或泄漏,需要制作电路连接可靠、适用温区范围宽的电加热板。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,设计制作一种新型云母电加热板,在绝缘基材云母板表面制成一种导电发热膜,不用胶粘剂,采用机械连接方式组装,整体采用前后锁紧装置压紧,周边金属包边,以减少破损,提高整体强度和适用温区范围,保证使用安全。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种新型云母电加热板,由云母电热膜发热元件和云母绝缘板组成,其电热膜发热元件呈长条形,规则排列,用内部机械连接件固定在云母绝缘板上,整体背面和前面设有云母绝缘板,周边加设金属包边条卡住,在整体板面上,用外部锁紧装置将前后云母绝缘板压紧,电热膜发热元件的电路采用串、并联,两端的银电极采用金属软网连接接线端子引出,连接电源插头。
如上所述的新型云母电加热板,内部机械连接件为订书钉或其它金属连接件。
如上所述的新型云母电加热板,外部锁紧装置为订书钉、陶瓷、塑料等金属或非金属部件。
如上所述的新型云母电加热板,金属包边条为白铁皮材料或马口铁材料制成。
本实用新型的优点是:所采用的云母电热膜加热板的热效率高达96%以上,热惯性小,散热面大,升温快,寿命长,可连续工作上万小时,充分发挥电热膜元件的电热转换优越性能。电热膜发热元件和云母绝缘板之间采用机械连接方式,长期高温工作,牢固可靠,不开裂,无胶粘剂在高温下产生的刺激性气味。整体外部采用锁紧装置固定,周边金属包边,变形小,散热好,强度大大提高,整体表面温度可达300℃左右。适用于制作各种电加热器件,如超薄型辐射、对流电暖器用电加热板、农村暖房用的电热取暖装置的电加热板。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,本实用新型的新型云母电加热板,由云母电热膜发热元件和云母绝缘板组成,其电热膜发热元件1呈长条形,规则排列,用机械连接件2固定在云母绝缘板上,整体背面和前面设有云母绝缘板3,周边加设金属包边条4卡住,在整体板面上,用外部锁紧装置5将前后云母绝缘板压紧,电热膜发热元件的电路采用串、并联,两端的银电极采用金属软网连接接线端子引出,连接电源插头6。
制作一块530×400mm的新型云母电加热板,电热膜发热元件为厚度0.15mm的云母板,前面和后面的云母绝缘板各厚0.15mm,制成复合多层的超薄型整体。输出功率1500W,辐射温度可达300℃。
本实用新型的使用方法是,将新型云母电加热板固定安装在电暖器壳体内,接通电源,电热膜产生热量,即可达到采暖效果。

5、如权利要求1所述的新型云母电加热板,其特征是,金属包边条为白铁皮材料。
6、如权利要求1所述的新型云母电加热板,其特征是,金属包边条为马口铁材料。
