本实用新型属于欧姆电阻发热器件,特别涉及一种以碳纤维纸基材上制备电热膜构成的瓦楞纸基电热板,适用于地面电采暖。
背景技术
目前常用绝缘板作基材,如玻璃,陶瓷,碳化硅类基材,或云母板和矿棉纸类薄型基材,表面掺杂面电热膜,外加薄层绝缘板保护,构成电热板,用于电热器件。其热效率较高,热惯性小,升温快,寿命长,可连续工作上万小时,成为其得到应用的突出优点。当用作地板采暖的电热板时,由于强度不够高,绝缘板出现破损,致使表面改性的电热膜外露,造成电量的流失或泄漏,影响使用安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,设计制作一种瓦楞纸基电热板,利用瓦楞纸基绝缘板和纸基电热膜构成电热板,提高表面纸基绝缘板的粗糙度,简化电热膜的电路结构,以提高电热板强度,增加韧性,减少破损,保证使用安全。
本实用新型的技术方案是如下实现的,一种瓦楞纸基电热板,由电热膜和绝缘板组成,碳纤维纸基表面掺杂面电热材料,构成电热膜,电热膜呈平面条状,两端有镀铜电极,设有连接电极引线,电热膜上下两面胶结压固有电绝缘瓦楞纸基绝缘板,电热膜的电极引线外接有电源插头。

制作瓦楞纸基电热板时,碳纤维纸基厚度为0.15mm,表面改性面电热膜厚度为3-50μm,经两面的电绝缘瓦楞纸基绝缘板涂胶压合成整体。输出功率可达200-500W,辐射温度可达130-230℃。
