Abstract

一种面板导光装置,包括一导光元件,该导光元件装设于一面板内侧,该导光元件开设有一开口,该导光装置还包括一用于遮蔽该开口的遮光板,该遮光板可转动地装设于该导光元件的开口处。本实用新型面板导光装置可增大指示灯的发光范围,同时,转动所述遮光板,可在无需关闭电脑电源的情况下,使面板的透光区不再有光线射出。

面板导光装置
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种导光装置,尤指一种用于面板上带有遮光功能的导光装置。
【背景技术】
通常电脑面板上均设有一电源开关按钮,按压所述开关按钮,将启动电脑。所述电脑面板内对应所述开关按钮处设置一点光源指示灯,用以指示电脑的开关机状态。所述开关按钮中心位置处设有透明区域,当按压开关按钮时,所述指示灯将发光,其光线透过所述开关按钮上的透明区域发射出去,以表明电脑开启。但是,该光源照亮范围有限,指示效果不明显,且只能从开关按钮的位置发射出去。
现有技术中,一种可增大电脑面板指示灯照亮范围的导光装置,如中国专利申请第01231413.7号,其包括一扁平弧状的导光柱,该导光柱具有本体,该本体具有入射面、导光段、发光显示段,相对入射面处固设有灯架,灯架上设有灯柱安装孔,该本体上还设有螺丝固定孔,以便借助螺丝固定在电脑机箱面板上。该种导光装置虽然可以增大指示灯的照亮范围,但是,其不能根据用户需求在电脑开启时将该指示灯遮蔽。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有遮光功能的面板导光装置。
一种面板导光装置,包括一导光元件,该导光元件装设于一面板内侧,该导光元件开设有一开口,该导光装置还包括一用于遮蔽该开口的遮光板,该遮光板可转动地装设于该导光元件的开口处。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型面板导光装置利用一遮光板对一导光元件导出的光进行遮蔽以实现面板根据用户需要进行遮光的功能,该导光装置结构简单,操作方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型面板导光装置的较佳实施方式包括一装设于一面板10上的导光元件30及一遮光板50。
该面板10包括一底板12及一自该底板12一边缘向上垂直延伸出的侧板14。该底板12上设有一用于装设电源开关按钮的开孔124,该开孔124边缘向上凸伸一对固定柱1244。该底板12靠近该开孔124向上凸伸两弹性卡钩122。该两卡钩122间设有一定位柱套126。该底板12靠近该侧板14竖直向上并垂直该侧板14延伸有两承载部16,每一承载部16上端中部开设一弧形凹口162,每一承载部16的两侧顶端分别向该凹口162设有一倾斜的止挡部164、166。该底板12平行该侧板14向上设有一弹性固定板18。该侧板14内侧沿垂直该底板12方向突设有两导引部142。所述侧板14的中部设有一透光结构,在本实施例中该透光结构为一大致呈长椭圆形的透光板144。该侧板14位于该透光板144的一侧开设有一长方形开口146,该侧板14于该透光板144的另一侧垂直该底板12方向凸设有一抵挡部148。
请继续参阅图2,该导光元件30可装设于该面板10的底板12上,该导光元件30具有一外轮廓大致呈半圆形内壁装有反光材料的中空壳体31,该壳体31一端设有一长方形开口37,该壳体31于该长方形开口37的两短边缘处分别向内开设有一弧形枢转槽36。该壳体31于该长方形开口37的两长边缘处对应该侧板14的导引部142分别开设有两缺口39。该壳体31的两侧凸伸有两凸耳33,每一凸耳33对应该底板12上的卡钩122开设一卡口332。该壳体31底部对应该底板10的每一固定柱1244设有一收容部38,每一收容部38开设有一收容槽382。该壳体31底部对应该底板12的定位柱套126凸设有一定位柱34,该壳体31的上部开设有一用于装设一发光元件40的通孔35。
请参阅图1与图3,该遮光板50包括一长方形挡片56、一自该挡片56两对边向外延伸出的转轴54及一装设于该转轴54一端用于操作的转盘52,该转轴54位于该挡片56及转盘52间凸设一限位块542,该转轴54的另一端设有一直径较大的固持端58,该固持端58上凸设有一挡块584(请参考图3),该转轴54于该挡块584与该挡片56间凸设一凸缘582。
请参阅图3与图4,安装时,先将该遮光板50置入该面板10,使该遮光板52的转轴54两端分别卡入该底板12的两承载部16的凹口162内,该遮光板50的凸缘582刚好限位于该侧板14的抵挡部148与对应的承载部16间,该遮光板50的固持端58固持于该侧板12的抵挡部148与该底板12的固定板18间,该遮光板50的限位块542抵挡于对应承载部16的止挡部164上,同时该遮光板50另一端的挡块584刚好挡止于该固定板18(请参考图3),使该遮光板50不能向下转动,此时,该遮光板50被固定于一水平位置,该遮光板50的转盘52的弧形边缘刚好透过该侧板14的开口146。将该导光元件30的两枢转槽36分别对应该遮光板50挡片56两侧的转轴54卡扣,再将该导光元件30的定位柱34对应置入该底板12的定位柱套126内,该底板12的两卡钩122分别与该遮光板50对应的卡口332卡扣,同时该底板12的两固定柱1244分别收容于该导光元件30的两收容部38内,最后将该发光元件40置入该导光元件30的通孔35内。
请参阅图4与图5,使用时,接通电源使该发光元件40发光,该发光元件40所发出的光线将经过所述导光元件30的内壁进行多次反射并经过该导光元件30的开口37放射出去。拨动所述遮光板50的转盘52使该遮光板50于该底板12的承载部16上转动,该遮光板50的挡块584挤压该底板12的固定板18使该固定板18向后发生弹性变形,当该挡块584刚好转过该固定板18时,该固定板18恢复原状,该遮光板50的限位块542刚好抵触对应承载部16的止挡部166,此时,该遮光板50的转轴54被固持于该面板10上,该遮光板50的挡片56刚好完全遮住该导光元件30的开口37。当需要使该导光元件50导光时,拨动该转盘52使该遮光板50转到该水平位置即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种面板导光装置,包括一导光元件,该导光元件装设于一面板内侧,该导光元件开设有一开口,其特征在于:该导光装置还包括一用于遮蔽该开口的遮光板,该遮光板可转动地装设于该导光元件的开口处。
2.如权利要求1所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该导光元件为一半圆轮廓的中空壳体。
3.如权利要求1所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该面板与该导光元件之一设有一定位柱,另一对应该定位柱设有定位柱套。
4.如权利要求1所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该面板设有至少一弹性卡钩,该导光元件对应所述卡钩设有卡口。
5.如权利要求1所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该遮光板包括一遮挡该开口的挡片、一自该挡片延伸出的转轴及一用于操作的转盘。
6.如权利要求5所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该面板设有两用于支撑该转轴的承载部,每一承载部上端开设一弧形凹口。
7.如权利要求6所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:每一承载部两侧端连接该凹口分别设有一止挡部。
8.如权利要求7所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该面板还设置有一抵挡部及一弹性固定板,转轴可固持于该抵挡部与该固定板间。
9.如权利要求8所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该转轴对应一承载部设有一限位块,该转轴对应该固定板设有一挡块,该挡块可配合该限位块使该遮光板定位。
10.如权利要求1所述的面板导光装置,其特征在于:该面板对应该导光元件的开口设有一透光结构。
