技术领域
本实用新型属于连接件技术领域，特别涉及一种可用于六面顶压机铰链梁之间连接的径向移动定位销轴。
背景技术
金刚石合成设备六面顶压机的六个铰链梁之间的连接是通过实心的刚性直销轴实现的。其优点是制造简单、强度高，缺点是安装维修拆装不方便。在使用一段时间后，由于配合件之间发生错位现象，拆卸销轴很困难，经常发生销轴表面拉伤，或者就根本无法拆卸，只有进行报废式的拆卸。在拆装过程中，由于配合间隙不易控制，靠大的冲击力强行打进打出，对铰链梁的耳部造成较大伤害，影响设备寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种装卸方便的径向移动定位销轴。
为达上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：径向移动定位销轴，包括内壁呈锥形、外壁呈圆筒形、端面带有径向凸台的两半式定位套，定位套两半之间留有间隙，定位套内套设与其内壁适配的锥形芯轴，芯轴顶部设有螺柱段。
本实用新型中，定位套可整体加工，加工完成后切为两半，切槽3-5毫米；定位套端面设置凸台，起轴向限位作用；定位套外圆尺寸和铰链梁连接件孔间隙配合，内锥孔和芯轴配合，二者锥度相同。安装过程中，芯轴顶端螺柱段与螺母配合，通过旋转螺母拉动芯轴轴向移动，靠锥面使定位套径向移动，与各个铰链梁连接件孔紧密配合，起到定位作用。拆卸时，松动螺母即可。本实用新型可以达到无冲击无损伤拆装，拆装方便。

径向移动定位销轴，包括内壁呈锥形、外壁呈圆筒形、端面带有径向凸台1的两半式定位套2，定位套2两半之间留有间隙3，定位套2内套设与其内壁适配的锥形芯轴4，芯轴4顶部设有螺柱段5。
