本实用新型涉及一种水净水装置，尤其是指用于管道水净化的一种管道式免拆清洗净水器。
背景技术
传统的管道式净水器在使用一段时间后，因过滤胆被水垢阻塞，需要将净水器拆下，进行清洗后再装上使用，给使用者带来极为不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便、净水效果好的一种管道式免拆清洗净水器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种管道式免拆清洗净水器，包括筒体、连接在筒体上的上盖，其中：所述的筒体内设有圆筒形的陶瓷过滤胆，陶瓷过滤胆上端设有过滤胆上座，过滤胆上座与上盖之间设有密封圈；在陶瓷过滤胆下端设有过滤胆下座，过滤胆下座与筒体底部固定连接；筒体的内壁与陶瓷过滤胆的外壁之间形成净水腔，在上盖上设有进水口和净水出口，进水口与陶瓷过滤胆的内腔连通；净水出口与净水腔连通；在陶瓷过滤胆的内腔内设有旋转式清洗架，该旋转式清洗架的上端延伸有转轴，转轴伸出上盖外，在转轴外端设有手柄；在转轴与上盖之间设有密封圈；在旋转式清洗架外侧分布有与陶瓷过滤胆内径相适应的清洗砂条；在筒体底部连接有排污阀，陶瓷过滤胆的内腔与排污阀连通。
上述的管道式免拆清洗净水器中所述的清洗砂条固定在活动清洗砂条架外侧，在清洗砂条架内侧设有导向杆，在旋转式清洗架的径向设有与导向杆相适应的套管，导向杆插在套管内，在套管外套有弹簧；这样可以使清洗砂条始终紧贴陶瓷过滤胆的内壁，方便清洗。
上述的管道式免拆清洗净水器中所述的陶瓷过滤胆的外圆周表面设有防爆圈，可以提高陶瓷过滤胆的抗压强度，延长使用寿命。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，利用陶瓷过滤胆进行内压过滤，通过在陶瓷过滤胆的内腔内设置手动旋转式清洗架，可以方便地对陶瓷过滤胆的内腔表面进行清洗，不需要拆卸，使用更加方便。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2所示，本实用新型的管道式免拆清洗净水器，包括筒体1、连接在筒体1上的上盖2，在筒体1内设有圆筒形的陶瓷过滤胆3，陶瓷过滤胆3上端设有过滤胆上座5，过滤胆上座5与上盖2之间设有密封圈6；在陶瓷过滤胆3下端设有过滤胆下座7，过滤胆下座7与筒体1底部固定连接；筒体1的内壁与陶瓷过滤胆3的外壁之间形成净水腔8，在上盖2上设有进水口21和净水出口22，进水口21与陶瓷过滤胆3的内腔连通；净水出口22与净水腔8连通；在陶瓷过滤胆3的内腔内设有旋转式清洗架9，该旋转式清洗架9的上端延伸有转轴91，转轴91伸出上盖2外，在转轴91外端设有手柄10；在转轴91与上盖2之间设有密封圈11；在旋转式清洗架9外侧分布有与陶瓷过滤胆3内径相适应的清洗砂条92，清洗砂条92固定在清洗砂条架93外侧，在清洗砂条架93内侧设有导向杆93A，在旋转式清洗架9的径向设有与导向杆93A相适应的套管94，导向杆93A插在套管94内，在套管94外套有弹簧95；在筒体1底部连接有排污阀11，陶瓷过滤胆3的内腔与排污阀11连通；在陶瓷过滤胆3的外圆周表面设有防爆圈13。
本实用新型具体使用时，当水从进水口21进入净水器，通过过滤胆上座5后进入到陶瓷过滤胆3内腔，在水压的作用小，渗透过陶瓷过滤胆3，过滤水进入净水腔8后从净水出口22流出，得到理想的净化水。随着净化水量的增加，积聚在陶瓷过滤胆3内壁的过滤污垢增加，过滤的阻力增大，使净化水量减少，净水器需清洗过滤污垢；清洗时将排污阀11打开，用手摇动清洗手柄10，带动旋转式清洗架9转动，清洗砂条92沿陶瓷过滤胆3的内壁转动，因清洗砂条架93在弹簧8的弹力作用下，使清洗砂条92始终紧贴在陶瓷过滤胆3的内壁，清洗砂条92在摩擦力的作用下，将聚集在陶瓷过滤胆3内壁的过滤污垢清洗下来，并从排污阀11排放出来，从而实现免拆清洗净水器的过滤污垢。

1.一种管道式免拆清洗净水器，包括筒体(1)、连接在筒体(1)上的上盖(2)，其特征在于：所述的筒体(1)内设有圆筒形的陶瓷过滤胆(3)，陶瓷过滤胆(3)上端设有过滤胆上座(5)，过滤胆上座(5)与上盖(2)之间设有密封圈(6)；在陶瓷过滤胆(3)下端设有过滤胆下座(7)，过滤胆下座(7)与筒体(1)底部固定连接；筒体(1)的内壁与陶瓷过滤胆(3)的外壁之间形成净水腔(8)，在上盖(2)上设有进水口(21)和净水出口(22)，进水口(21)与陶瓷过滤胆(3)的内腔连通；净水出口(22)与净水腔(8)连通；在陶瓷过滤胆(3)的内腔内设有旋转式清洗架(9)，该旋转式清洗架(9)的上端延伸有转轴(91)，转轴(91)伸出上盖(2)外，在转轴(91)外端设有手柄(10)；在转轴(91)与上盖(2)之间设有密封圈(11)；在旋转式清洗架(9)外侧分布有与陶瓷过滤胆(3)内径相适应的清洗砂条(92)；在筒体(1)底部连接有排污阀(12)，陶瓷过滤胆(3)的内腔与排污阀(12)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道式免拆清洗净水器，其特征在于：所述的清洗砂条(92)固定在清洗砂条架(93)外侧，在清洗砂条架(93)内侧设有导向杆(93A)，在旋转式清洗架(9)的径向设有与导向杆(93A)相适应的套管(94)，导向杆(83A)插在套管(94)内，在套管(94)外套有弹簧(95)。
