本实用新型涉及淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备,具体为一种机筒、螺杆组合式双螺杆挤出机,采用组合式机筒,机筒的连接关系依次为:与加料装置相连接的固体加料机筒、液体加料机筒、剪切用机筒、自然排气机筒及真空排气机筒。螺杆为组合式,包括输送元件、混合元件、分散混合元件、非啮合元件、啮合元件等。本实用新型设计了双螺杆挤出机机筒和螺纹元件的新结构、新组合,有效提高了物料的混合分散性,降低剪切速率,控制温升,排出物料中的水份和小分子挥发物,稳定挤出,而且螺杆的自洁性很好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及化工机械,具体涉及一种双螺杆挤出机,特别涉及平行同向、大长径比、机筒螺杆组合式双螺杆挤出机。属于国际专利分类B29C47/00“挤出成型设备”技术领域。
背景技术
目前全球都面临着严峻的环境问题,不可再生资源的浪费,农业耕地的过渡使用等,对人类生存环境都构成严重的威胁和挑战。众所周知,塑料已和钢铁、木材、水泥并列成为材料领域的四大支柱产业。塑料的发展的确给人类带来了文明,不仅弥补了部分传统材料质和量的不足,而且已成为某些部门技术进步不可短少的材料,但在其发展中一些不易回收的制品对环境的污染是有待解决的难题,淀粉塑料合金具有易生物降解功能。
淀粉塑料合金的制备过程包括混合、脱水、塑化、分散、排气、挤出等。塑料挤出机是一种混合、塑化、成形设备。现在的单螺杆挤出机有较稳定的挤出压力,但分散混合能力较差;异向旋转啮合型双螺杆挤出机挤出压力稳定,剪切速率低。但分散混合性差,自洁性不好;异向旋转非啮合型双螺杆挤出机剪切速率低。但泵出量不稳定,分散混合性差,自洁性不好;同向旋转啮合型双螺杆挤出机分散混合性好,自洁性好。但剪切速率高,温升较大,挤出压力不稳定;同向非啮合型双螺杆挤出机,剪切速率低,温升小。但分散混合性差,自洁性不好。即现有的塑料挤出机不能同时解决混合、分散、脱水、塑化、排气、稳定挤出的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述不足,提供一种能同时完成物料的混合、分散、脱水、塑化、排气、稳定挤出的淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备。
本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备,为一种机筒、螺杆组合式双螺杆挤出机,包括传动装置、喂料和挤出装置。所述的挤出装置为包括机筒和装于机筒内的螺杆元件相组合的双螺杆挤出机。所述的机筒为组合式机筒,与设备中的加料装置相连接,机筒的连接关系依次为:与加料装置相连接的固体加料机筒、液体加料机筒、剪切用机筒、自然排气机筒及真空排气机筒。所述的螺杆为组合式,与上述机筒的位置相对应,依次为:输送元件、混合元件、分散混合元件、非啮合元件、啮合元件、分散混合元件,上述元件为沿轴向多组交错组合而成。
本实用新型是在原平行同向双螺杆挤出机的基础上的改进,设计了双螺杆挤出机机筒和螺纹元件的新结构、新组合。1.组合式机筒,按其作用不同排列不同的机筒,首先是固体料加料口机筒,然后是液体料加料口机筒、脱水口机筒、混合输送剪切用机筒、排气用机筒等。除混合输送剪切用机筒外,其余机筒都有不同形式的开口。2.螺杆是组合式的,啮合元件与非啮合元件相结合,分配混合元件与分散混合元件相结合,输送元件与混合元件相结合,多个输送段、混合段、排气段交错分布。这样能有效地提高物料的混合分散性,降低剪切速率,控制温升,恰当的排出物料中的水份和小分子挥发物,稳定挤出,而且螺杆的自性很好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型为一种淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备,包括:机头1、螺杆2、机筒3、机架4、支撑体5、加料装置6、联接体7、减速箱8、联轴器9、电机10。机架4上架设支撑体5,支撑机筒3与螺杆2的组合,该组合与联接体7连接。在联接体7上设有加料装置6。减速箱8与联接体7连接,电机10通过联轴器9连接减速箱8。
机筒3和螺杆2都是组合式的,如图2所示,机筒从加料口至出料口分别由固体加料机筒16、液体加料机筒15、混合输送剪切用机筒14、自然排气机筒12、13、真空排气机筒11按加工物料的不同排列。固体加料口加入主料,另外,根据加工物料的不同,可设多个固体加料口、液休加料口及排气口。这样可防止分解,保持淀粉塑料合金的性能。如图3所示,螺杆是由输送元件22、混合元件21、分散混合元件20、17、非啮合元件19、啮合元件18,这些具备各种特性的元件沿轴向多组交错组合而成。这样可使淀粉与塑料充分混合分散,控制温升。

1、一种淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备,为一种机筒、螺杆组合式双螺杆挤出机,包括传动装置、喂料和挤出装置,其特征在于:所述的挤出装置为包括机筒和装于机筒内的螺杆元件相组合的双螺杆挤出机,所述的机筒为组合式机筒,与设备中的加料装置(6)相连接,机筒的连接关系依次为:与加料装置(6)相连接的固体加料机筒(16)、液体加料机筒(15)、剪切用机筒(14)、自然排气机筒(13)、(12),及真空排气机筒(11)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的淀粉塑料合金制备专用设备,其特征在于:所述的螺杆为组合式,与上述机筒的位置相对应,依次为:输送元件(22)、混合元件(21)、分散混合元件(20)、非啮合元件(19)、啮合元件(18)、分散混合元件(17),上述元件为沿轴向多组交错组合而成。
