本实用新型属于低压电气设备，涉及低压断路器的灭弧室结构，具体是一种断路器产气灭弧室。
背景技术
普通的低压断路器中，其灭弧室一般由壳体、灭弧栅片和引弧板组成，壳体为一般包括有底部的底板、两侧的侧板，引弧板由壳体的顶部延伸至壳体前上部，在壳体与引弧板围成的空腔中由上至下排布多层灭弧栅片。工作过程中，断路器触点产生的电弧由壳体前端的入口进入壳体内腔，经过灭弧栅片的多层隔断，使其能量衰减，达到灭弧的目的。这种结构仅仅依靠灭弧栅片的物理隔断作用进行降温和灭弧，其灭弧效果较差，影响了设备运行的可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、灭弧效果好的断路器产气灭弧室。
本实用新型的断路器产气灭弧室包括有壳体、引弧板和灭弧栅片，壳体包括有底部的底板和两侧的侧板，引弧板由壳体的顶部延伸至壳体前上部，在壳体与引弧板围成的空腔中由上至下排布多层灭弧栅片，壳体前端为电弧入口，在壳体前段靠近电弧入口处的灭弧栅片与两侧板之间分别设置有由薄片状产气材料制成的产气片，产气片的纵向宽度为壳体内空腔纵向深度的30％～40％。
本实用新型由于在灭弧室中设置了产气片，其在电弧作用下可释放气体，可以对电弧进行辅助的吹熄和降温，因而提高了整个灭弧室的灭弧效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该断路器产气灭弧室的壳体1包括有一个底板11和两个侧板12，壳体顶部至前上部设置有引弧板2，壳体内腔中有多层灭弧栅片3。在靠近壳体前端的入口13处，灭弧栅片的前段与两侧板的前段之间设置了宽度为壳体纵向深度的30％～40％的产气片4。上述结构中壳体为塑料绝缘材料，引弧板和灭弧栅片为金属材料，产气片可采用尼龙6/6、POM或三聚氢胺等产气材料。

1、一种断路器产气灭弧室，包括有壳体(1)、引弧板(2)和灭弧栅片(3)，壳体(1)包括有底部的底板(11)和两侧的侧板(12)，引弧板(2)由壳体的顶部延伸至壳体前上部，在壳体与引弧板围成的空腔中由上至下排布多层灭弧栅片(3)，壳体前端为电弧入口(13)，其特征是：在壳体前段靠近电弧入口(13)处的灭弧栅片(3)与两个侧板(12)之间分别设置有由薄片状产气材料制成的产气片(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的断路器产气灭弧室，其特征是：产气片(4)纵向的宽度为壳体内空腔纵向深度的30％～40％。
