Abstract

一种自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,包括控制器和称量装置,所述的称量装置包括:圆柱形定量筒、转轴、转动驱动机构和光传感器,定量筒的周面设有进料口,定量筒的轴心设有水平转轴,该转轴的两端转动支撑在机架上,在该转轴上设有所述的转动驱动机构,该转动驱动机构在所述的控制器的控制下使所述的转轴往复转动180度,使定量筒周面的进料口在上下之间两个位置之间转换;在所述的定量筒上方设有进料斗并与机架连接,该进料斗的下端与所述的筒体周面滑动密封接触;所述的光传感器装在所述的挤出机的进料斗的下部,该光传感器的信号输出端与所述的控制器的输入端连接。本实用新型的优点是:成品率高,能长时间保持出膜厚度均匀,节省人工。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置。
背景技术
现有技术的挤出机出膜控制系统需要操作员操作,对挤出机的转速进行设置以保持出膜厚度的均匀。其缺点是废品率高,对技术人员的要求太高,不能长时间保持出膜均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,以解决现有技术存在的废品率高,对技术人员的要求太高,不能长时间保持出膜均匀的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括控制器和称量装置,该控制器的输入端与称量装置连接,该控制器的输出端与挤出机的挤压螺杆的电机或牵引辊的驱动电机连接,包括圆柱形定量筒、转轴、转动驱动机构,以及所述的控制器和过料感应装置,定量筒的周面设有进料口,定量筒的轴心设有水平转轴,该转轴的两端转动支撑在机架上,在该转轴上设有所述的转动驱动机构,该转动驱动机构在所述的控制器的控制下使所述的转轴往复转动180度,使定量筒周面的进料口在上下之间两个位置之间转换;在所述的定量筒上方设有进料斗并与机架连接,该进料斗的下端与所述的筒体周面滑动密封接触;所述的过料感应装置安装在挤出机的进料口内,用于感知一个所述的定量筒内的原料通过进料口的全过程所使用的时间。
所述的过料感应装置为光传感器。
所述的过料感应装置包括翻板、接触开关和定位板,该翻板水平置于所示挤出机的进料口内,翻板的一端穿出进料口并与该进料口壁铰接,该翻板的外端设有配重,该配重的下面设有定位板使翻板内端不能上翘,在该翻板的外端上面设有一对开关触头。
在所述的定量筒的下方装有出料斗,该出料斗的下端出口位于所述的挤出机的进料口的上方。
所述的控制器采用微机或可编程控制器。
所述的转动驱动机构由气缸或液缸、齿条和齿轮构成,齿轮安装在所述的定量筒的转轴上,并与齿条啮合,齿条的一端与气缸或液缸的活塞杆同轴连接,气缸或液缸的缸体与机架连接。
所述的转动驱动机构由步进电机构成,该步进电机的输出轴与所述的定量筒的转轴同轴连接,或通过传动机构与定量筒的转轴传动连接。
本实用新型的优点是:成品率高,对技术人员的要求不高,能长时间保持出膜厚度均匀,节省人工。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图3,本实用新型包括控制器C和称量装置,该称量装置包括圆柱形定量筒6,转轴5,由气缸或液缸2、齿轮4和齿条3组成的转动驱动机构,以及光传感器10(作为过料感应装置)。定量筒6的周面设有一个进料(出料)口61,定量筒6的轴心设有水平设置的转轴5,该转轴5的两端转动支撑在机架16上,在该转轴5上装有齿轮4和与其啮合的齿条3,齿条3安装在导向槽内(未图示),齿条3的一端与液缸2的活塞杆连接,液缸2的缸体连接在机架或进料斗1上。气缸或液缸2的气路或油路的电控阀与控制器C的一个输出端连接,以使所述的转轴5和定量筒6往复转动180度,使定量筒6周面的进料口61在上下之间两个位置之间转换,以便加料和出料;在所述的定量筒6上方设有进料斗1并与机架16连接,该进料斗1的下端与所述的筒体6的周面上部滑动密封接触。
所述的光传感器10装在所述的挤出机的进料口8的下部处,该光传感器10的信号输出端与所述的控制器C的输入端连接。
还可在所述的定量筒6的下方装有出料斗7,该出料斗7的下端出口位于所述的挤出机的进料口8的上方。
所述的控制器C采用微机或可编程控制器,属于常规技术。控制器C的一个输入端与光传感器10连接,控制器C的有两个输出端与转动驱动机构(即该实施例的气缸或液缸2的气路或油路电控阀)和挤出机11的电机12;或者与转动驱动机构(即该实施例的气缸或液缸2的气路或油路的电控阀)和挤出机11出口外面的牵引辊15的驱动电机连接。
图4是本发明过料感应装置的另一实施例结构示意图,所述的过料感应装置包括翻板17、接触开关18和定位板20,该翻板17水平置于所示挤出机的进料口8内,翻板17的一端穿出进料口8并通过铰连轴19与该进料口8的壁铰接,该翻板17的外端设有配重,该配重的下面设有定位板20使翻板内端不能上翘,在该翻板17的外端上面设有一对开关触头18。翻板17在配重的作用下和定位板的支撑下保持基本水平状态,挡有原料通过时,进料口内的翻板17向下方摆动,翻板17的外端向上偏转与上面的开关触头18接触导通,该导通信号送至控制器C。当一定量筒6的原料通过后,翻板17复位,开关触头18断开,控制器记录了原料通过的时间长度,进而计算出进料速度,即单位时间内流过的原料。
本实用新型的工作过程是:
系统的初始状态是在进料斗1内装满原料,定量筒6的进料口61朝上并装满原料,在挤出机11的进料口8内装入原料至光传感器10的上方。
在挤出机开启工作后,当挤出机进料口8内的原料下降至低于光传感器10处的一刻,光传感器10的光路由被原料遮挡改为透光,光传感器10输出一个起始电信号(也可认为是上一次原料的终了时刻),控制器C得到该信号后控制液缸2动作,使定量筒6转动180度,将定量筒6内的原料倒入挤出机的进料斗8内,
随着挤出机的继续运转,进料口8内的原料继续下降,当原料下降至低于光传感器10处的一刻,光传感器10的光路由被原料遮挡改为透光,光传感器10输出一个终了电信号(也是下一个控制过程的起始时刻),控制器C计算出该起始和终了时刻的间隔和进料速度(事先测出称量一个装满该称量装置内的定量筒6原料的重量,将该重量输入到控制器C内,由该控制器C用一个所述的称量装置中的定量筒6原料的重量除以所述的起始和终了时刻的时间间隔计算出进料速度);然后控制器C再根据该时刻间隔的长短调整所述的挤出机挤出螺杆(电机12)的转速或牵引辊15(由电机驱动)的转速。如果进料速度高于预设值,则降低电机12的转速,或增加牵引辊15的转速;如果进料速度低于预设值,则增加电机12的转速,或降低牵引辊15的转速。达到自动调节出膜厚度的目的。

Claims (7)

1、一种自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,包括控制器和称量装置,该控制器的输入端与称量装置连接,该控制器的输出端与挤出机的挤压螺杆的电机或牵引辊的驱动电机连接,其特征在于:包括圆柱形定量筒、转轴、转动驱动机构,以及所述的控制器和过料感应装置,定量筒的周面设有进料口,定量筒的轴心设有水平转轴,该转轴的两端转动支撑在机架上,在该转轴上设有所述的转动驱动机构,该转动驱动机构在所述的控制器的控制下使所述的转轴往复转动180度,使定量筒周面的进料口在上下之间两个位置之间转换;在所述的定量筒上方设有进料斗并与机架连接,该进料斗的下端与所述的筒体周面滑动密封接触;所述的过料感应装置安装在挤出机的进料口内,用于感知一个所述的定量筒内的原料通过进料口的全过程所使用的时间。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:所述的过料感应装置为光传感器。
4、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:所述的过料感应装置包括翻板、接触开关和定位板,该翻板水平置于所示挤出机的进料口内,翻板的一端穿出进料口并与该进料口壁铰接,该翻板的外端设有配重,该配重的下面设有定位板使翻板内端不能上翘,在该翻板的外端上面设有一对开关触头。
5、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:在所述的定量筒的下方装有出料斗,该出料斗的下端出口位于所述的挤出机的进料口的上方。
6、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:所述的控制器采用微机或可编程控制器。
7、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:所述的转动驱动机构由气缸或液缸、齿条和齿轮构成,齿轮安装在所述的定量筒的转轴上,并与齿条啮合,齿条的一端与气缸或液缸的活塞杆同轴连接,气缸或液缸的缸体与机架连接。
8、根据权利要求2所述的自动控制挤出机出膜厚度的控制装置,其特征在于:所述的转动驱动机构由步进电机构成,该步进电机的输出轴与所述的定量筒的转轴同轴连接,或通过传动机构与定量筒的转轴传动连接。
