本实用新型涉及覆膜机上的热辊装置。
背景技术
目前在覆膜机上都是用单辊压合贴膜，因单辊的半径较大、曲率较小，故在用刀切过的纸张上压贴膜时，压强较小，尤其在无胶覆膜机上，贴膜在纸张切口处所形成的扼条也较浅，断膜的效果不好。此外，在南方气候潮湿，空气湿度大，纸张放置时间稍长就会吸收空气中的水分子，使纸张的含水量过高，单辊给纸张压烫贴膜时，纸张会一次性猛烈收缩产生折皱，造成废品。所以在南方压烫膜时还需将纸张抽湿后，再热压贴膜。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种在不改变热功率的前提下提高车速和产量、降低对纸张要求的热辊装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：适用于覆膜机上压合膜的热辊装置，包括热辊和橡胶压辊，热辊轴座架固定于二侧机架墙板上，装有同心链轮驱动热辊，热辊与轴以轴承同心套接。其中热辊分为前热辊和后热辊，压辊分为前压辊和后压辊，在前压辊和后压辊的两端分别装有滑块。
本实用新型能提高车速和成品率且对含湿率高的纸张不需抽湿就能直接压合膜的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，适用于覆膜机上压合膜的热辊装置，包括热辊和橡胶压辊，其中热辊分为前热辊1和后热辊2，压辊分为前压辊11和后压辊21，前压辊位于前热辊1的下方组成第一组压合膜装置，后压辊21位于后热辊2的下方组成第二组压合膜装置。在前压辊11和后压辊21的两端分别装有滑块，二热辊轴分别以座架两两固定于二侧机架墙板上，二热辊分别装有同心链轮以驱动热辊，热辊与轴以轴承同心套接。二压辊当上压时，二压辊亦同时产生摩擦转动，其轴伸亦以轴承与滑块套接。滑块在覆膜机二侧的机墙板上的垂直导轨中通过液压活塞缸作上下运动。

1、适用于覆膜机上的热辊装置，它包括热辊和橡胶压辊，热辊轴分别以座架两两固定于二侧机架墙板上，它们分别装有同心链轮以驱动热辊，热辊与轴以轴承同心套接，其特征在于：热辊分为前热辊[1]和后热辊[2]，压辊分为前压辊[11]和后压辊[21]，在前压辊[11]和后压辊[21]的两端分别装有滑块。
