Abstract

本实用新型公开了属于电池极片制造设备范围的一种电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置。以大辊径的上、下轧辊为工作辊,用两个以上的小辊轴作支撑辊,使小辊轴直接支撑在上、下轧辊的辊面上,组成上下辊系。上辊系固定,下辊系随施压装置施压而上下移动。两个或四个同步电机分别给上下辊系的上、下两个大工作轧辊输入纯扭矩传递动力。本实用新型避开了轧辊同轴度误差、轴承制造误差对被滚压物体薄厚均匀性影响;最大限度地增加了各零部件之间的接触强度,克服了大载荷宽幅面滚压时轧辊的挠度变形,用于电池极片轧机,解决了被滚压物体压不薄和中间厚两边薄的技术难题。

本实用新型属于电池极片制造设备范围,特别涉及用于电池极片轧机的一种电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置。
背景技术
由于化石能源危机和环境污染的原因,镍氢、锂离子、锌空燃料电池、太阳能电池等新型能源及储能方式迅速发展。为此镍氢、锂离子、锌空燃料、铝空燃料、氢空燃料等电池的极片轧制设备需求也日趋攀升,尤其是大辊径宽辊面的电池极片轧机的需求更显迫切。滚压装置是电池极片轧机上的核心部件。传统滚压装置受轧辊制造误差、轴承制造误差、轧辊挠度变形以及零部件接触刚度的影响,滚压出的电池极片压缩率小、厚薄不均、中间厚两边薄、幅面窄等等,严重地影响了电池极片品质和生产效率,并严重地制肘着电池能量的提升。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供用于电池极片轧机的一种电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置。其特征在于:所述电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置的小辊轴4和10分别支撑在上轧辊2和下轧辊3的辊面上。小辊轴4通过上轴承座5固定在牌坊1上。小辊轴10通过下轴承座11固定在移动支撑板12上。同步电机8通过同轴法兰6分别与上轧辊2和下轧辊3相联接,同步电机8通过固定法兰7分别固定在上滑座9和下滑座15上。上滑座9固定在牌坊1上。下滑座15固定在上下滑动的移动支撑板12上,下轴承座11固定在上下滑动的移动支撑板12上,液压缸14固定在底座13上。移动支撑板12同液压缸14固定成一体。
本实用新型的有益效果是避开了轧辊同轴度误差、轴承制造误差对被滚压物体薄厚均匀性影响;最大限度地减少了轧辊的挠曲变形;最大限度地增加了各零部件之间的接触强度,解决了被滚压物体压不薄、精度差和中间厚两边薄的技术难题。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了用于滚压的电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置。以大辊径的轧辊为工作辊,用两个以上的小辊轴作支撑辊,使小辊轴直接支撑在上、下轧辊的辊面上组成上下辊系。上辊系固定,下辊系随施压装置施压而上下移动。在图1所示的电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置结构示意图中,小辊轴4支撑在上轧辊2的辊面上,小辊轴10支撑在下轧辊3的辊面上。小辊轴4通过上轴承座5固定在牌坊1上。支撑住上轧辊2防止其上下运动。小辊轴10通过下轴承座11固定在移动支撑板12上,使下轧辊3随移动支撑板12上下运动。同步电机8通过同轴法兰6分别与上轧辊2和下轧辊3相联接,传递动力。同步电机8通过固定法兰7分别固定在上滑座9和下滑座15上(如图2所示)。上滑座9固定在牌坊1上,下滑座15固定在移动支撑板12上随其上下滑动。下轴承座11固定在移动支撑板12上随其上下滑动。液压缸14固定在底座13上(如图3所示)。移动支撑板12同液压缸14固定在一起,并随其上下升降。

1.一种电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置,其特征在于:所述电池极片辊面支撑滚压装置的小辊轴(4)和(10)分别支撑在上轧辊(2)和下轧辊(3)的辊面上,小辊轴(4)通过上轴承座(5)固定在牌坊(1)上,小辊轴(10)通过下轴承座(11)固定在移动支撑板(12)上,同步电机(8)通过同轴法兰(6)分别与上轧辊(2)和下(3)相联接,同步电机(8)通过固定法兰(7)分别固定在上滑座(9)和下滑座(15)上,上滑座(9)固定在牌坊(1)上;下滑座(15)固定在上下滑动的移动支撑板(12)上,下轴承座(11)固定在上下滑动的移动支撑板(12)上,液压缸(14)固定在底座(13)上,移动支撑板(12)同液压缸(14)固定在一起。
