Abstract

本实用新型提供一种带有自锁装置的宠物牵绳器。其包括壳体、转盘、牵绳以及由导轮、销轴、片式弹簧所构的自锁装置，转盘装于壳体内，其外周边上设有棘齿，装于销轴上的导轮通过定位块和U形片式弹簧而置于转盘外侧，导轮的下方设有可与棘齿相咬合的卡板，缠绕于转盘上的牵绳经导轮后引出壳体。本实用新型由于增设了自锁装置，从而增加了安全可靠性，避免了因宠物意外窜出，而惊吓他人、影响交通等事故的发生，且设计合理、使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种宠物用品，特别是一种带有自锁装置的宠物牵引器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，豢养宠物的人起来越多。工作之余，牵着宠物出去蹓蹓，既可放松身心，又可锻炼身体。但现有的宠物牵引器，不具自动锁紧功能，当牵着宠物在外，特别是在马路边、街道上，因惊吓、好奇或受同类吸引而突然窜出，则会影响交通和惊吓行人，发生意外事故。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种设计合理、使用方便、可防止宠物突然窜出而发生意外事故的带有自锁装置的宠物牵引器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括壳体、转盘、牵绳以及由导轮、销轴、片式弹簧所构的自锁装置，转盘装于壳体内，其外周边上设有棘齿，装于销轴上的导轮通过定位块和U形片式弹簧而置于转盘外侧，导轮的下方设有可与棘齿相咬合的卡板，缠绕于转盘上的牵绳经导轮后引出壳体。
上述卡板的两端与两支承滑块的下端相连，两支承滑块的上端分装于导轮两侧的销轴的两端。
上述U形片式弹簧套置在固定于壳体内壁上的定位柱上，其一侧由固定于壳体内壁上的限位杆定位，另一侧托住导轮。
本实用新型由于增设了自锁装置，因而增加了安全可靠性，避免了因宠物意外窜出，而惊吓他人、影响交通等事故的发生，且设计合理、使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
本实用新型包括壳体1、轮盘5、牵绳3、卷绕式弹簧4以及自锁装置；轮盘5通过其两端的定轴装于壳体1内，其外周边上设有棘齿6；卷绕式弹簧4套置于轮盘的中轴上，其内端与轮盘5的中轴相固定，其外端与牵绳3的一端相连；由导轮10、销轴11、片式弹簧8所构的自锁装置，导轮10装于销轴11上，且在导轮10的两侧装有支承滑块12，位于导轮10的外侧壳体1的内壁上固定地设有定位块14，并在导轮10一侧壳体1的内壁上固定地设定位柱9和限位柱7，U形片式弹簧8套置于定位柱9上，其一侧由限位柱7限位，另一侧则托住导轮10；在两支承滑块12的下端装有可与轮盘5的刺齿6相咬合的卡板13。牵绳3的另一端缠绕于卷绕式弹簧4外后经导轮10的外侧再引出壳体1，并接有项圈扣2。
在使用时，首先将项圈扣2与宠物的项圈相连。在正常情况下，导轮10由于受U形片式弹簧8的托起作用，使卡板13与轮盘5上的棘齿6相分离，牵绳3在卷绕式弹簧4的作用下，任由宠物漫步而自如地伸缩。当宠物突然窜出时，这突发的外力经牵绳3施加在导轮10上，导轮10克服U形片式弹簧8的弹力向轮盘5方向滑动，并带动一同装于销轴11上的滑块12一并滑动，使滑块12下端的卡板13与轮盘5上的棘轮6相咬合，从而阻止了牵绳3的伸长，使宠物无法乱窜。当宠物平静下来恢复正常状态、外力消失时，导轮10则在U形片式弹簧8的作用下复位，卡板13与棘轮6分离。

Claims (3)

1、带有自锁装置的宠物牵引器，包括壳体、转盘、牵绳，转盘装于壳体内，其外周边上设有棘齿，其特征在于：还包括由导轮、销轴、片式弹簧所构的自锁装置，装于销轴上的导轮通过定位块和U形片式弹簧而置于转盘外侧，导轮的下方设有可与棘齿相咬合的卡板，缠绕于转盘上的牵绳经导轮后引出壳体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有自锁装置的宠物牵引器，其特征在于：上述卡板的两端与两支承滑块的下端相连，两支承滑块的上端分装于导轮两侧的销轴端上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带有自锁装置的宠物牵引器，其特征在于：上述U形片式弹簧套置在固定于壳体内壁上的定位柱上，其一侧由固定于壳体内壁上的限位杆定位，另一侧托住导轮。
