防渗漏工程布粘接车涉及建筑工程行业,特别是涉及对建筑、水利等工程场合铺设、施工防渗漏工程布时的防渗漏工程布粘接装置。在车架(15)上配置风泵(5),风泵(5)送出的风,经送风管(3)进入热风管(12),热风管(12)外围是电加热管(11),加热后的热空气由热风出风口(10)喷出,加热融熔PVC防渗漏工程布,而后由压轮(9)对相叠的粘接缝进行压迫粘接。热风出风口(10)呈长扁嘴形。加热枪调节手柄(4)通过移动和锁定可以调节热风出风口(10)的上下左右距离。驱动电机(7)驱动压轮(9)前进移动。转向手柄(1)可以改变小车的方向。压轮侧部的翻动轮(8),向上或向下翻动可以将小车后推。在光线条件不好时,开启射灯(16)可以增加照明,有利提高焊接施工质量。

Description

防渗漏工程布粘接车
(一)所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑工程行业,特别是涉及在建筑、水利等工程场合铺设、施工防渗漏工程布时,对防渗漏工程布粘接的一种装置。
(二)背景技术
公知,在建筑物的墙面、屋顶,在道路的地面,在河道、水池、水库、景观湖的底部,在堰堤、水坝、护岸堤的表面,在桥梁的桥面,在蓄水屋面的无土栽培,在地下室、涵洞、隧道的内侧面,在铁路、公路的路基下方,等等场合,均需要对它们有防渗漏要求,以防止蓄水体内的水渗漏掉,或防止不应该进入的雨水渗漏进来,造成损失和危害。
目前采用的一种方法是使用防渗漏的工程布,预置在以上场合的表面,或铺垫在表面以下,防止水的渗漏。在铺设和施工时,需要将成卷或成块的工程布相互沿边缘进行焊接,接拼成整片大面积的工程防渗漏布。
对于工程布焊接形式,一般使用的是手持式焊接枪,用加热方式将工程布边缘加热融化后粘贴在一起。
但此类焊接工具存在如下不足,一者,手持焊枪粘接速度慢,工作效率较低,不适宜大面积工程中的使用;其次,加热融化后用手工按压融化粘的贴边缘,操作麻烦,费力,且压力不均匀。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,拟提供一种能改善以上缺陷的防渗漏工程布粘贴装置。
本实用新型的目的是如此实现的。
在移动式机架上,配置由电机为动力的风泵,送出高速空气,即风。高速空气经过输风管进入热风管,热风管的外围缠裹电加热管,热风管的端口为热风出口。热风出风口呈长扁嘴形,宽度与焊缝粘接宽度相应,操作时,两对接的工程布边缘一侧置于热风出风口上部,另一侧置于其下部,加热后,相互熔化面贴合在一起。
由热风管和电加热管形成的热风枪的上下左右距离,可由调节手柄进行调整。在热风出风口的出口后方设置压轮,压轮是具有一定重量的圆柱滚轮,由变频电机驱动转动。
移动车架的下部有滚轮可供滚动移动。
压轮的侧部有一翻动轮,可上下翻动,翻动轮上翻,压轮接触地面,压轮转动时既可驱动焊接机向前移动,压粘粘贴后的工程布。当翻动轮下翻,保抬起压轮,使压轮脱离地面,此时,移动车辆可以向后推行。
由于工作部件集中在一侧,为了平衡车辆,在压轮一侧配置平衡配重块。
转向手柄装置在前方导向轮上,可以控制车辆的方向和转弯。
电器控制台可以调节和控制防渗漏工程布粘接车的电器控制部件,包括加热管加热,风泵工作和驱动压轮转动。
本实用新型防渗漏工程布粘接车结构简单紧凑,操作使用方便,压轮压力均匀,粘接牢固,工作效率高,小车形式机动性好。

(五)具体实施方式
在车架(15)上配置风泵(5),风泵(5)送出的风,经送风管(3)进入热风管(12),热风管(12)外围是电加热管(11),加热后的热空气由热风出风口(10)喷出,加热融熔PVC防渗漏工程布,而后由压轮(9)对相叠的粘接缝进行压迫粘接。
热风出风口(10)呈扁嘴形,宽度与焊缝粘接宽度相应,操作时,两对接的工程布边缘一侧置于热风出风口(10)上部,另一侧置于其下部,加热后,相互熔化面贴合在一起。
加热枪调节手柄(4)通过手柄移动和螺钉锁定可以调节、固定热风出风口(10)的上下左右距离,使热风出风口(10)有适宜的熔融效果。
驱动电机(7)驱动压轮(9)前进移动。
转向手柄(1)可以改变小车的方向。
压轮侧部的翻动轮(8),向上翻时,压轮(9)接触地面,既可驱动焊接小车向前移动,压迫粘贴后的工程布;当翻动轮(8)下翻,抬起压轮(9),脱离地面,移动车辆可以向后推行。
配重块(13)起平衡小车作用。
在光线条件不好时,开启射灯(16)可以增加照明,有利提高焊接施工质量。

热风出风口(10)呈扁嘴形,宽度与焊缝粘接宽度相应,
在热风管(12)上配置加热枪调节手柄(4),
驱动电机(7)驱动压轮(9),
在车轮(14)上配置转向手柄(1),
在压轮(9)的侧部配置可向上或向下翻动的翻动轮(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防渗漏工程布粘接车,其特征在于,在粘接车前部有射灯(16)。
