技术领域
本实用新型是与护贝机有关,特别是有关于一种具有裁切机构的护贝机。
背景技术
一般常见的护贝机是包含有一座体,该座体具有一进料口与出料口,而该座体的内部具有一容置空间,可用以容置一导入滚轮、一压出滚轮、一加热组件等构件。当将一欲护贝物送入进料口后,通过由该导入滚轮将该欲护贝物滚压地送入该加热构件中加热,再由该压出滚轮将经加热后的欲护贝物滚压胶合并经由该出料口送出。
然而,由于该欲护贝物的尺寸大小不一,若再经过护贝后,该欲护贝物的尺寸往往超过使用者所需要的大小,而必须将该欲护贝物拿至一裁切机以进行裁切的动作,直至裁切出使用者所需要的尺寸,因此,使用者必须利用该护贝物与该裁切机才能将该欲护贝物进行护贝并加以裁切,使用上实为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有裁切机构的护贝机,其操作过程简单,且可增加使用上的便利性。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型所提供的一种具有裁切机构的护贝机包含有一座体、一设于该座体的轨道,以及一是以可滑移地方式设于该轨道的裁切器,其中该座体的内部具有一容置空间,用以容置该护贝机的各构件,该轨道是与该座体之间形成一空隙,该空隙是可容一物件通过;通过此,可将该对象进行护贝并加以裁切,用以增加使用上的便利性。
在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,该座体顶缘的两端是分别具有一凹槽,用以供该轨道嵌设。
在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,该轨道具有一沿轴向延伸的沟槽,该裁切器的底面是具有一恰可嵌设于该沟槽内的身部。
在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,该裁切器包含有一壳体、一设于该壳体底端且具有一第一容槽与一第二容槽的底座、一设于该第一容槽内的第一裁刀、一设于该第二容槽内的第二裁刀,以及一是以可位移地方式设于该壳体中的拨移件。
在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,该座体具有一与该轨道的沟槽相互对应的长槽,用以供该裁切器的裁刀底端伸入。
通过由本实用新型所提供的护贝机,可将该照片进行护贝并加以裁切,用以增加使用上的便利性。

具体实施方式
首先参阅图1至图4,本实用新型所提供的护贝机10,包含有:一座体20、一轨道30,以及一裁切器40。
该座体20的前、后两侧具有一进料口22与一出料口图中未示,可供一欲护贝的物件进出,该座体20的内部具有一容置空间,可用以容置一导入滚轮、一压出滚轮、一加热组件等构件(图中未示),此外,该座体20的顶缘两端分别凹设有一相对应的凹槽24,且该座体20的顶缘具有一沿轴向延伸的长槽26。
该轨道30于本实施例中是由具有适度弹性的塑料所制成,其两端嵌卡于该座体20的凹槽24内,使得该轨道30是与该座体20之间形成一可容该对象通过的空隙32,此外,该轨道30中心沿着长轴向形成一篓空的沟槽34,该沟槽34并与该长槽26相对应。
再请参阅图2及图3,并辅以图4至图7所示,该裁切器40包含有:一壳体41、一底座42、一第一裁刀43、一第二裁刀44、一第一弹性体45、一第二弹性体46,以及一拨移件47,其中该壳体41的顶面设有一可连通外界的贯穿孔412,该底座42具有一恰可容置于该轨道30的沟槽34中的身部421,该身部421二侧的顶、底端分别向外延伸有一上翼片422以及一下翼片423,该等翼片422、423两两相对,并水平位于该轨道30上下二侧,因而产生挡止作用,使该底座42可沿该轨道30而往复滑移,另外,该身部421自其顶端凹设有一第一容槽424,该第一容槽424底端具有一连通外界的第一开口425,同时,该身部421于该第一容槽424一侧并列设有一第二容槽426,该第二容槽426底端亦设有一第二开口427;组装时,该底座42是以二螺428分别将该上翼片422锁设于该壳体41底端,使得该底座42可带动该壳体41位移;该第一裁刀43包含一刀座432以及一刀片434,其中该刀座432是以可上下位移的方式设于该底座42的第一容槽424中,且该刀座432顶端具有一呈倾斜的切面436,而该刀片434顶端嵌插于该刀座432底端,使其身部可穿出该底座42的第一开口425,此外,该刀片434底端呈锋利,进而形成一刃部438;该第二裁刀44具有一嵌座441以及一滚刀442,其中该嵌座441概呈U形,且该嵌座441是以可上下位移的方式设于该底座42的第二容槽426,该嵌座441具有一顶、底端开放的凹室443,在其身部于该凹室443二侧顶端并形成二呈倾斜的抵面444,该二抵面444与该第一裁刀43的切面436为反向,另外,该滚刀442则枢设于该嵌座441的凹室443中,同时其底缘超伸出该嵌座441底缘,而能穿过该底座42的第二开口427,此外,该滚刀442边缘锐利并呈波浪状,通过以形成一刃部445;该第一弹性体45是为一压缩弹簧,其套设于该第一裁刀43的刀片434,而以顶端抵顶该刀座432底端,底端抵顶该壳体41的第二容槽426内端面,通过此,该第一弹性体45是可顶推该第一裁刀43向上定位在一收藏位置如图6所示;该第二弹性体46是包含有二弹片462、464,该二弹片462、464一端分别与该嵌座441底端一体连结,其身部则朝反向倾斜,而底端分别推顶该壳体41的第二容槽426内端面,逼使该嵌座441弹性位于一收藏位置如图5所示;再配合图3,该拨移件47则以可位移的方式设于该壳体41中,而罩盖于该第一裁刀43及该第二裁刀44的上方,且该壳体41可于一第一位置图4及图5或一第二位置图6及图7往复位移,此外,该拨移件47顶端具有一伸出该壳体41的贯穿孔412的扳柱472,该拨移件47的底端二侧分别设有一与该第一裁刀43的切面436相对的第一压部474以及二与该第二裁刀44的二抵面512相对的第二压部476,其中该第一压部474底端呈倾斜并与该第一裁刀43的切面436互补,使得该拨移件47位于该第一位置时,可抵压该第一裁刀43而朝伸出位置位移如图4所示,该等第二压部476底端亦呈倾斜并与该第二裁刀44的抵面444互补,使得该拨移件47位于该第二位置时,可抵压该第二裁刀44而朝伸出位置位移图7所示。
通过由上述具有裁切机构的护贝机10,使用者将一照片进行护贝后,可直接将该照片穿置于该轨道30与该座体20之间的空隙32中,此时,即可利用该裁切器40以进行裁切的动作,此外,使用者仅需施力扳动该拨移件47的扳柱472,即可切换以该第一、第二裁刀4344进行裁切,当以该第一裁刀43裁切时,可获得平直的裁切边线,而当以该第二裁刀44裁切时,即可获得波浪状的裁切边线。

Claims (11)

1.一种具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,包含有:
一座体;
一轨道,是设于该座体,并与该座体之间形成一空隙,用以供一对象通过;以及
一裁切器,是以可滑移地方式设于该轨道,用以裁切穿置于该空隙中的对象。
2.依据权利要求1所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该座体顶缘的两端是分别具有一凹槽,用以供该轨道嵌设。
3.依据权利要求1所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该轨道具有一沿轴向延伸的沟槽,该裁切器的底面是具有一恰可嵌设于该沟槽内的身部。
4.依据权利要求1所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该裁切器包含有一壳体、一设于该壳体底端且具有一第一容槽与一第二容槽的底座、一设于该第一容槽内的第一裁刀、一设于该第二容槽内的第二裁刀,以及一是以可位移地方式设于该壳体中的拨移件,该拨移件是可选择地抵触于该第一裁刀或该第二裁刀,使得该第一裁刀或该第二裁刀可位移至该伸出位置;其中该第一裁刀与该第二裁刀是可在一伸出位置与一收藏位置之间位移。
5.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其中该座体具有一与该轨道的沟槽相互对应的长槽,用以供该裁切器的裁刀底端伸入。
6.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该壳体的顶端具有一连通外界的贯穿孔,该拨移件具有一伸出该贯穿孔的扳柱,该扳柱是可受力而在该贯穿孔中位移,使该拨移件定位在一抵触该第一裁刀的第一位置,或是定位在一抵触该第二裁刀的第二位置。
7.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该裁切器包含有一设于该第一容槽底端与该第一裁刀的刀座间的第一弹性体,该第一弹性体是用以顶持该第一裁刀而朝该收藏位置位移。
8.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该底座的第一容槽底端具有一第一开口,可供该第一裁刀的刀片通过;该第一裁刀的刀片底端锐利形成一刃部,用以裁切该对象。
9.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该裁切器包含有一设于该第二容槽底端与该第二裁刀之间的第二弹性体,该第二弹性体是用以顶持该第二裁刀朝该收藏位置位移。
10.依据权利要求9所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该第二弹性体是由复数弹片构成,该等弹片身部呈倾斜,并以顶端连结该嵌座,而底端抵顶该第二容槽内面。
11.依据权利要求4所述的具有裁切机构的护贝机,其特征在于,所述该底座的第二容槽底端具有一第二开口,用以供该滚刀底缘通过;该滚刀边缘锐利并呈波浪状,而形成一刃部,用以裁切该对象。
