Abstract

高分子橡胶护舷,包括橡胶舷体、其结构特点在于所述的橡胶舷体由外胶层、高分子强力胶层及内胶层构成,高分子强力胶层夹设于外胶层与内胶层之间,并与内外胶层硫化为一体结构。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有高强力、高性能、防撞力强、使用寿命长等优点,可适用于各种形状的护舷。

高分子橡胶护舷
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防撞装置,特别是涉及一种适用于码头、船舶的橡胶护舷。
(二)背景技术
为了防止船舶或码头建筑物遭到破坏,需要在船舶与码头之间、船舶与船舶之间设置护舷防护设备,传统的护舷一般采用木桩、木板、旧充气轮胎等,随着现代船舶和码头的发展,传统的简易护舷器材已由橡胶材质的护舷所取代,已成为码头船舶的优良防撞设备,主要有圆筒型、斗圆型、拱型、豉形、充气型等,橡胶护舷在使用时用铁链或螺栓固定在码头和船坞上,以确保船靠泊或移泊时的作业安全,目前国内外橡胶护舷大都是单纯橡胶制成,其内部结构没有变化,存在着压缩变形小、反力高、吸能低、易老化、防冲撞力差、易断裂、使用寿命短等缺陷,当船靠泊或移泊时,护舷所产生的压缩变形不能随船体的移动而转动,因此剪切力和摩擦力很大,经常使固定护舷的铁链和螺栓及其它联接件损坏,船体油漆也常被刮掉或损伤,这不仅影响靠船作业和安全,而且更换维修也很困难,不能满足现代码头和船坞靠船作业的需要。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,而提供一种高分子橡胶护舷,该护舷弹力大、不易老化,使用寿命高于普通护舷一倍。
采用的技术方案是:
高分子橡胶护舷,包括橡胶舷体,其结构特点在于所述的橡胶舷体由外胶层、高分子强力胶层及内胶层构成,高分子强力胶层夹设于外胶层与内胶层之间,并与内外胶层硫化为一体结构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有高强力、高性能、防撞力强、使用寿命长等优点,可适用于各种形状的护舷。

(五)具体实施方式
请参见图1,本实用新型的高分子橡胶护舷,包括橡胶舷体1,其形状为拱型,橡胶舷体1由外胶层2、高分子强力胶层3及内胶层4构成,其中,高分子强力胶层3夹设于外胶层2与内胶层4之间,并经硫化成型为一体结构。
高分子强力胶为已知产品,具体采用辽宁省铁岭市西丰县宏大福利橡胶厂生产的HD型高分子强力胶,其主要由天然橡胶、聚氨酯、尼龙纤维、碳墨、碳酸重钙合成,其重量配比为:天然橡胶10-15g、聚氨酯5-10g、尼龙纤维8-10g及碳墨3-5g、碳酸重钙7-10g。
上述橡胶舷体采用拱型只是本实用新型的一个具体实施例,对于鼓型(见图2)、半圆型(见图3)、拱型(见图5)等橡胶舷体均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1、高分子橡胶护舷,包括橡胶舷体(1),其特征在于所述的橡胶舷体(1)由外胶层(2)、高分子强力胶层(3)及内胶层(4)构成,高分子强力胶层(3)夹设于外胶层(2)与内胶层(4)之间,并与内胶层(4)和外胶层(2)硫化为一体结构。
