Abstract

本实用新型提供一种低压铸造用电加热保温装置,包括升液管,升液管下部安装支座,支座上部外周安装加热套,加热套上安装电阻丝,加热套外周上安装保温罩,升液管与加热套之间设有空腔。本实用新型改变了公知技术中支座需要加长至升液管上部的结构,使升液管与加热管套之间形成空腔,加热速度提高,3小时左右可加热至500-600℃,降低了能耗;由于升液管上部不出现堵塞现象,所以可连续生产,并且电阻丝损坏后,可单独更换,不影响工作,大幅度提高了生产效率;铝水不跑漏,避免了生产事故;能够保证按顺利凝固,克服了铸件的缩孔和疏松现象等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及低压铸造设备,是一种专用于低压铸造设备上的电加热保温装置。
背景技术
目前,低压铸设备上使用的电加热保温装置已在该领域使用了多年,它存在的不足较为明显:加热至350-400℃左右时,需要7-8小时,加热时间长、耗能高;加热温度低;由于升液管顶部易堵,所以不能连续生产;由于铝水经常跑漏,易出现事故;生产效率低等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种低压铸造用电加热保温装置,它能够克服已有技术存在的不足,并达到节约能源、提高生产效率及不出现事故等目的。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:低压铸造用电加热保温装置,包括升液管,升液管下部安装支座,支座上部外周安装加热套,加热套上安装电阻丝,加热套外周上安装保温罩,升液管与加热套之间设有空腔。升液管上部安装上法兰。升液管下部安装下法兰。升液管顶部安装上密封垫。所述电阻丝是并联安装。下法兰安装在支座顶部,支座顶部与下法兰之间安装密封垫。
本实用新型的优点在于:改变了公知技术中支座需要加长至升液管上部的结构,使升液管与加热管套之间形成空腔,加热速度提高,3小时左右可加热至500-600℃,降低了能耗;由于升液管上部不出现堵塞现象,所以可连续生产,并且电阻丝损坏后,可单独更换,不影响工作,大幅度提高了生产效率;铝水不跑漏,避免了生产事故;能够保证按顺利凝固,克服了铸件的缩孔和疏松现象等。

图中7是升液管,升液管7下部安装支座2,支座2上部外周安装加热套9,加热套9上安装电阻丝4,加热套9外周上安装保温罩8,升液管7与加热套9之间设有空腔11。升液管7上部安装上法兰12。升液管7下部安装下法兰13。液管7顶部安装上密封垫6。所述电阻丝4是并联安装。下法兰13安装在支座2顶部,支座2顶部与下法兰13之间安装密封垫14。本实用新型使用时,安装在底板1上。图中10是热电偶,3是接线板,接线板3与电阻丝4连接。保温罩8内可以充填任何保温材料,5是罩壳。本实用新型所述的加热套9采用鼠笼式加热套,主要靠辐射加热。本实用新型可以在各种型号的低压铸造机上使用。

1、低压铸造用电加热保温装置,包括升液管(7),其特征在于:升液管(7)下部安装支座(2),支座(2)上部外周安装加热套(9),加热套(9)上安装电阻丝(4),加热套(9)外周上安装保温罩(8),升液管(7)与加热套(9)之间设有空腔(11)。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的低压铸造用电加热保温装置,其特征在于:升液管(7)下部安装下法兰(13)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的低压铸造用电加热保温装置,其特征在于:升液管(7)顶部安装上密封垫(6)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的低压铸造用电加热保温装置,其特征在于:所述电阻丝(4)是并联安装。
6、根据权利要求3所述的低压铸造用电加热保温装置,其特征在于:下法兰(13)安装在支座(2)顶部,支座(2)顶部与下法兰(13)之间安装密封垫(14)。
