技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种主要用于除尘器、磨机的卸料锁风装置,尤其是一种无动力卸灰锁风阀。
背景技术
目前,在除尘器、磨机等设备上常用的卸灰阀有三类,一类为重锤翻板卸灰阀,它含有壳体、进风口、出风口、翻板、重锤和转轴,转轴穿过壳体,翻板固定在壳体内的转轴部分上,重锤通过连杆与转轴相联。这类卸灰阀的翻板与壳体之间密封性差,漏风,锁风效果不好;特别是,当粉尘对翻板产生的力矩大于重锤对翻板产生的力矩时,翻板翻转、开始卸料,卸料结束后、在重锤产生的力矩作用下,翻板翻转到原位,在此过程中漏风严重。另一类气动翻板阀,其基本结构与上述的重锤翻板卸灰阀相同,其区别在于翻板的翻转由气缸带动。由于这类气动翻板阀卸灰为间歇性卸灰,锁风效果与灰斗中的存灰量有很大关系,存灰量大时,往往在一个清灰周期内不能完全卸干净,容易造成灰斗积灰堵料,存灰量少时,由于没有料封,卸灰时漏风量大。还有一类为机械阀,该阀的制造成本较高,需要提供动力,运行费用高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种无动力卸灰锁风阀。它不仅能及时卸料、避免积灰堵料的发生,而且在工作过程中不漏风,同时也无动力消耗。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:含有壳体、进灰口、出灰口,进灰口设置在壳体的上部,出灰口设置在壳体的下部,还含有胶皮帘、胶皮帘框架,胶皮帘框架设置在壳体内,胶皮帘的上端固定在胶皮帘框架的上端,胶皮帘自上而下间隔设有配重块。
所述胶皮帘框架内设有支撑杆。
由于采用胶皮帘的上端固定在胶皮帘框架的上端,并在胶皮帘自上而下间隔设有配重块。因此当进入到壳体内的粉尘未达到一定重量时,胶皮帘紧贴在胶皮帘框架上,阻挡从出灰口漏风进入。当粉尘达到一定重量时,粉尘靠自重推开胶皮帘下端部分而卸出,避免堵料现象的发生,粉尘得到及时卸出。由于靠粉尘的自重推开胶皮帘进行卸料,因此无需动力消耗。卸料过程中,在胶皮帘上的配重块作用下、胶皮帘上端未被推开的部分紧贴在胶皮帘框架上,这样就可以使粉尘通过时,锁住从出灰口漏进的风,因此锁风效果好。在胶皮帘框架内设置支撑杆,这有效防止胶皮帘因除尘器内负压作用、使胶皮帘向内凹的现象的发生而影响锁风效果。

具体实施方式
图1和图2中,无动力卸灰锁风阀含有壳体3、胶皮帘4、胶皮帘框架2、进灰口1、出灰口7、配重块6,进灰口1设置在壳体3的上部,出灰口7设置在壳体3的下部,胶皮帘框架2设置在壳体3内,胶皮帘4的上端固定在胶皮帘框架2的上端,胶皮帘4自上而下间隔设有配重块6。为了使胶皮帘4更好地紧贴在胶皮帘框架2上,防止胶皮帘4因除尘器内负压作用、使胶皮帘4向内凹的现象的发生而影响锁风效果,在胶皮帘框架2内设有支撑杆5。工作时,粉尘从进灰口1进入壳体3内,当进入到壳体3内的粉尘未达到一定重量时,在胶皮帘4上的配重块6的作用,胶皮帘4紧贴在胶皮帘框架2上,阻挡从出灰口7漏风进入。当粉尘达到一定重量时,粉尘靠自重推开胶皮帘4下端部分而卸出,避免堵料现象的发生,粉尘得到及时卸出。由于靠粉尘自身的自重推开胶皮帘4进行卸料,因此无需动力消耗、生产运行费用低。

1.一种无动力卸灰锁风阀,它含有壳体、进灰口、出灰口,进灰口设置在壳体的上部,出灰口设置在壳体的下部,其特征在于:还含有胶皮帘、胶皮帘框架,胶皮帘框架设置在壳体内,胶皮帘的上端固定在胶皮帘框架的上端,胶皮帘自上而下间隔设有配重块。
