本实用新型涉及一种导线,特别是一种用于输送66KV的高压电力电缆。
背景技术:
目前,在66KV高压电力输送过程中所使用的电缆结构是:包括外表护套4和位于护套4内侧的单元电缆,所述的单元电缆包括绝缘层3和绝缘层3内侧的多股导线,所述的导线均采用铜线或铝线作为输电导线,这种导线在电线电缆工程上有如下缺点:纯铜导体虽然导电性能好,但密度较大,导致导线的重量大,运输不方便,价格昂贵,不易敷设,给施工带来诸多不便;铝导体虽然有密度小、重量轻、成本低的优点,但它的导电率低,导电性能、焊接性能差,表面易氧化,同时接触电阻大。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既具有铜的良好导电性能,又具有铝的成本低、重量轻的优点的66KV高压电力电缆,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种66KV及以下高压电力电缆,它包括外表护套4和位于护套4内侧的单元电缆,所述的单元电缆包括绝缘层3和绝缘层3内侧的多股导线,其特征在于:所述的导线是由铝芯线1和包覆在铝芯线1外侧的铜层2构成的。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,由于电缆内的导线是由两种金属材料组合而成的铜包铝导线,其内的铝芯线具有重量轻、成本低的优点,铝芯线外表的铜层具有导电性好的优点,本实用新型结合了铜的优良导电性和铝的重量轻、成本低的优点,克服了铜或铝作为电力电缆输送66KV高压电的不足。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示:4为外表的护套,在护套4内有四组单元电缆,每组单元电缆的外侧有绝缘层3,绝缘层3内侧有四股导线,上述结构为现有技术部分,不再详述。本实用新型的特征是:所述的导线由两种材料复合而成,如图1∶1为铝芯线,2为铜层,即导线是由内部的铝芯线1和铝芯线1外侧的铜层复合构成的。在加工制作时可选用金属包覆焊接设备进行拉伸成形,即在铝芯线3的外表用铜带缠绕包覆焊接并拉伸,使铜与铝冶金结合,形成铜包铝线。
