本实用新型涉及一种汽车用电缆,尤其是一种具有优良的导电性、重量轻、成本低的汽车用电缆。
背景技术:
汽车蓄电池需通过电缆与发动机点火装置、喇叭、照明灯,仪表盘等用电电器相接,因此电缆是汽车构成所不可缺少的,汽车用电缆质量的好坏、成本的高低将直接影响到整个汽车的性价比。目前汽车上所用的电缆,不论是与点火装置相接的高压电缆,还是与喇叭、照明灯,仪表盘等相接的低压电缆,其结构都是在纯铜导线外包有绝缘线。纯铜导线具有优良的导电性,但是由于纯铜是贵重的有色金属且密度相对较大,使纯铜导线在使用过程中存在着重量大、成本高的问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的重量大、成本高的问题,提供一种即具有优良的导电性,又具有重量轻、成本低等优点的汽车用电缆。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种汽车用电缆,有绝缘层1及导线,其特征在于:所述的导线的内芯为铝线2,在铝线2的外周包有铜层3。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其导线是由铝线及包覆在铝线外的铜层所构成,由于电流主要集中在导体的表面层(铜层)传输,因此,本实用新型依然具有优良的导电性能;又由于内芯铝线具有密度小、重量轻、成本低的优点,所以本实用新型集合了纯铜和铝线的优点,不但具有优良导电性能,同时还具有重量轻、成本低的优点,作为汽车用电缆可大大提高汽车的性价比。

具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示:有绝缘层1及导线,在导线外包绝缘层1的生产方法同现有技术。导线的内芯为铝线2,在铝线2的外周包有铜层3,导线是采用如下方法制造的:
首先将矫直的铝杆、铜带去油脂,可用金属包覆焊接设备将铜带纵向包覆在铝杆外并焊接缝,形成铜铝复合线坯,通过拉拔、热处理等工艺,使铜铝冶金结合,将线坯制成所需规格导线。本实用新型的电阻阻值可通过电阻率、导线长度、截面积等计算,可根据导电率的需要选择铜层的厚度,以达到导电效果与成本的最佳比。
