本实用新型涉及一种导线,特别是一种超高压大跨度电力传输导线。
背景技术:
如图2:目前,在超高压大跨度的电力传输中所使用的导线是铝绞线,即多股铝线3绞合成导线整体,由于铝线3的强度较低,所以在绞线的内侧设有一根钢线4用于增加其强度,铝导体虽然有密度小、重量轻、成本低的优点,但它的导电率低,导电性能、焊接性能差,表面易氧化,同时接触电阻大,特别是内侧有用于加强的钢线4,导致加工工艺复杂,提高了生产成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工工艺简单、导电性好、产品结构简单的超高压大跨度电力传输导线,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种超高压大跨度电力传输导线,它是由多股导线构成的绞线,其特征在于:所述的导线由内部的钢芯线1和位于钢芯线1外侧的铜层2组成的。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,由于导线是由两种金属材料组合而成的铜包钢导线,其内的钢芯线1具有强度高、成本低的优点,钢芯线1外表的铜层2具有导电性好的优点,本实用新型结合了铜的优良导电性和钢的强度高、成本低的优点,绞线内部也省去了加强钢丝,简化了加工工艺,克服了现有技术的不足。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示:1为钢芯线,2为铜层,即导线是由内部的钢芯线1和钢芯线1外侧的铜层2复合构成的。在加工制作时可选用金属包覆焊接设备进行拉伸成形,即在钢芯线1的外表用铜带缠绕包覆焊接并拉伸,使铜与钢冶金结合,形成铜包钢线。再利用导线绞合工艺将多股铜包钢导线绞合成绞线。为了达到最佳导电效果和最低成本,导线的导电率可控制在40%左右,铜层2的厚度可决定导线的导电率,因此在包覆焊接加工时根据所需的导电率来确定铜层原厚度。
