本实用新型特别涉及一种带有自动散热功能的自散热刹车毂。
背景技术
传统的刹车毂的外表面为光滑的圆柱面,散热面积小、强度差,当汽车负载较重或行驶在下坡路面而频繁刹车时,摩擦片与刹车毂之间的高压摩擦会产生大量的热量,使刹车毂的温度骤然升高,刹车毂长时间工作在高温状态,会产生龟裂现象,使刹车毂的强度和硬度相应降低,磨损加剧,使用寿命缩短。尤其是刹车毂的温度过高,会降低摩擦片与刹车毂之间的摩擦系数,甚至导致刹车失灵,严重影响汽车的制动性能。所以传统的刹车毂适用范围狭窄,只适合于平坦路面。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种散热性能好,强度高,安全性高,使用寿命长,适用范围广,通用性好的自散热刹车毂。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它有一个刹车毂本体,其特殊之处是:在刹车毂本体外表面均布有散热片,所说的散热片与刹车毂本体铸成一体,并且散热片的长度与刹车毂本体的厚度相同。
上述的自散热刹车毂,相邻散热片的中心距离为1~4公分,以达到更好的散热效果。
本实用新型的优点是:由于在刹车毂本体外表面均布有散热片,且散热片的长度与刹车毂本体的厚度相同,散热面积大、散热速度快,散热片随着刹车毂高速旋转的同时产生离心力,使气流以很快的速度流过刹车毂的表面,增强了刹车毂的散热性能,并可以辅助轴承和轮胎等其他部件的散热。同时,散热片可以起到加强筋的作用,提高了刹车毂本身的强度,使刹车毂不易破碎和炸裂,延长了刹车毂的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型有一个刹车毂本体1,在刹车毂本体1外表面均布有散热片2,所说的散热片2与刹车毂本体1铸成一体且散热片2的长度与刹车毂本体1的厚度相同,相邻散热片2的中心距离为1~4公分,以达到更好的散热效果。
使用时,可以将该自散热刹车毂直接安装到汽车轮毂上,用来替换传统的刹车毂。工作时,散热片2随着刹车毂高速旋转产生离心力,使气流以很快的速度流过刹车毂的表面,带走汽车在制动时所产生的大量热能,起到快速冷却降温的作用,同时可以辅助轴承和轮胎等其他部件的散热。

1、一种自散热刹车毂,包括刹车毂本体(1),其特征是:在刹车毂本体(1)外表面均布有散热片(2),所说的散热片(2)与刹车毂本体(1)铸成一体,并且散热片(2)的长度与刹车毂本体(1)的厚度相同。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自散热刹车毂,其特征是:相邻散热片(2)的中心距离为1~4公分。
