本实用新型目的在于提供一种能有效阻止工作台分度蜗杆的轴向移动和径向跳动,保证分度蜗杆和分度蜗轮传动的精度,优化了滚齿机工作台分度蜗杆安装结构,解决了原有技术存在的普通球轴承往往难以阻止分度蜗杆的轴向移动和径向跳动,影响了分度蜗杆和分度蜗轮的传动精度,影响了生产齿轮的产品质量。

实施例1:如图1所示,分度蜗杆61301旋转支承安装于托架61027上并与分度蜗轮61207啮合传动,分度蜗杆61301左端与托架61027间设有左轴承61205,分度蜗杆61301右端与托架61027间设有右轴承61206,分度蜗杆61301靠近右轴承61206内端面位置设有右轴台613012,外端面设有精密垫圈61302和锁紧螺母,右轴承61206由左右两端的单向推力球轴承51110及中间的轴承套构成,右轴承套用骑缝销与托架固定。左右两端用右轴台和锁紧螺母轴向定位,用左轴承61205和右轴承61206径向定位。
在分度蜗杆和分度蜗轮啮合传动的过程中,分度蜗杆的右轴台与锁紧螺母及两端的单向推力球轴承相抵,阻止分度蜗杆的轴向移动,左轴承及右轴承均为精密轴套,阻止分度蜗杆的径向跳动,从而保证分度蜗杆和分度蜗轮传动的精度,提高了生产齿轮的产品质量。

1、一种滚齿机工作台分度蜗杆安装结构,分度蜗杆(61301)旋转支承安装于托架(61027)上并与分度蜗轮(61207)啮合传动,所述分度蜗杆(61301)左端与托架(61027)间设有左轴承(61205),分度蜗杆(61301)右端与托架(61027)间设有右轴承(61206),其特征在于所述分度蜗杆(61301)靠近右轴承(61206)内端面设有右轴台(613012),外端面设有垫圈61302及锁紧螺母,所述右轴承(61206)由左右两端的单向推力球轴承(51110)及中间的轴承套构成,右轴承套用骑缝销与托架固定,保证分度蜗杆径向和轴向的精度定位。
