                        技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种圆锯床,特别是涉及一种用于切割黑色金属和有色金属的强力锯削圆锯机床。
                        背景技术
传统圆锯床一般采用HSS(高速钢)圆锯片对黑色金属和有色金属进行切割,圆锯片及其锯刀箱滑动设在床身上,由锯刀箱带动圆锯片在床身上滑动对工件进行切割,这种圆锯床效率低,圆锯片在切割过程中产生振动,精度和锯口粗糙度的等级低、工作时的噪声高。
                        实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种切割效率高、切割精度和锯口粗糙度的等级高的硬质合金圆锯床。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种硬质合金圆锯床,包括床身,在所述的床身上设有工件水平夹紧装置和工件垂直夹紧装置,锯刀箱上的圆锯片轴向水平设置并与所述的工件水平夹紧装置和工件垂直夹紧装置对应,所述的锯刀箱下端铰接在所述的床身上,上端通过进给油缸连接在所述的床身上部。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述的锯刀箱设有作用于所述的圆锯片的锯片稳定器,所述的锯片稳定器为对应扣合的左夹板和右夹板,所述的左夹板和右夹板两侧各设有一对与所述的圆锯片保持微量间隙的左高耐磨材料夹块和右高耐磨材料夹块。
采用上述技术方案的硬质合金圆锯床,使用时,床身上的工件水平夹紧装置和工件垂直夹紧装置将工件夹紧,锯刀箱上的电机通过皮带及锯刀箱中齿轮传递动力,带动圆锯片旋转;由进给油缸推动锯刀箱绕固定支点旋转来实现进给,两者合成完成对工件的切削,左高耐磨材料夹块和右高耐磨材料夹块将圆锯片夹持,完全防止了圆锯片锯切时的振动。本实用新型使用特殊不重磨、高精度硬质合金圆锯片为刀具锯切金属材料,本实用新型从储料架取料到锯切完成、从工件的定长、记数、检测和包括料头、料尾、工件的分类处理均可自动完成。本实用新型刀具摆动进给特点及使用特殊不重磨、高精度硬质合金圆锯片为刀具锯切金属材料较传统一般采用HSS(高速钢)圆锯片的圆锯床的效率高3~4倍,精度和锯口粗糙度高2~3个等级、工作时的噪声降低5~8分贝。保持圆锯片高刚性技术的锯片稳定器消除了圆锯片锯切时产生的振动,使机床能强力切削。锯片冷却系统采用空气冷却系统和喷雾冷却系统冷却锯片,无污染,环保清洁。
综上所述,本实用新型是一种切割效率高、切割精度和锯口粗糙度的等级高、工作时的噪声低且性能可行、制造方便的硬质合金圆锯床。

                          具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,在床身9上设有工件水平夹紧装置4和工件垂直夹紧装置3,锯刀箱8上的圆锯片6轴向水平设置并与工件水平夹紧装置4和工件垂直夹紧装置3对应,锯刀箱8下端通过轴7铰接在床身9上,上端通过进给油缸1连接在床身9上部,锯刀箱8设有作用于圆锯片6的锯片稳定器2,锯片稳定器2为对应扣合的左夹板11和右夹板13,左夹板11和右夹板13两侧各设有一对与圆锯片6保持微量间隙的左高耐磨材料夹块12和右高耐磨材料夹块14。
使用时,床身9上的工件水平夹紧装置4和工件垂直夹紧装置3将工件5夹紧,锯刀箱8上的电机10通过皮带15及锯刀箱8中齿轮传递动力,带动圆锯片6旋转;由进给油缸1推动锯刀箱8绕轴7固定支点旋转来实现进给,两者合成完成对工件的切削,左高耐磨材料夹块12和右高耐磨材料夹块14将圆锯片6夹持,完全防止了圆锯片6锯切时的振动。圆锯片6采用进口硬质合金不重磨锯片,锯片厚度2mm,锯片寿命长,(锯切45钢,16~20m2)锯口窄,省材。电气控制系统采用自动控制,采用人机界面触摸屏进行参数设定,料头、料尾、工件、切屑均可输送到指定筐中,全过程数控。送料装置采用步进(伺服)电机加滚珠丝杆进行控制,送料精度±0.03。工件切割精度高,无毛刺,垂直度0.20/100mm,粗糙度Ra=6.3~3.2。采用空气冷却系统,冷却锯片,无污染,环保清洁。锯切效率高,如锯切Φ55的40Cr钢时间11秒、辅助时间6秒,送料时间(速度)1.5~2.0/min。采用了高刚性技术的稳定器。即圆锯片工作区域两侧各有一对保持微量间隙的高耐磨材料夹块将圆锯片夹持,完全防止了圆锯片锯切时的振动。喷雾冷却系统:该系统采用意大利生产MC-EL-2P-2.2-1润滑系统。采用准干切削工艺不需要处理大量的切削液,防止环境污染、提高生产效率,降低生产成本。同时还可以提高切口质量,延长锯片寿命。采用微型气动泵进行切削油的计量和喷涂。高效切削油的用量非常少,每班次的耗油量为:48ml。

1、一种硬质合金圆锯床,包括床身(9),其特征是:在所述的床身(9)上设有工件水平夹紧装置(4)和工件垂直夹紧装置(3),锯刀箱(8)上的圆锯片(6)轴向水平设置并与所述的工件水平夹紧装置(4)和工件垂直夹紧装置(3)对应,所述的锯刀箱(8)下端铰接在所述的床身(9)上,上端通过进给油缸(1)连接在所述的床身(9)上部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质合金圆锯床,其特征是:所述的锯刀箱(8)设有作用于所述的圆锯片(6)的锯片稳定器(2),所述的锯片稳定器(2)为对应扣合的左夹板(11)和右夹板(13),所述的左夹板(11)和右夹板(13)两侧各设有一对与所述的圆锯片(6)保持微量间隙的左高耐磨材料夹块(12)和右高耐磨材料夹块(14)。
