本实用新型涉及到一种超导热管与水箱的密封结构,属于太阳能热利用领域。本实用新型包括热管、水箱内胆和密封胶圈,其特征在于热管外壁上有一个密封铜箍,密封铜箍的外径大于热管外径,二者连接处无缝隙,密封铜箍的外径与密封胶圈内径相配合并形成密封,带有支撑片的密封铜箍支撑在密封胶圈底部,防止热管向水箱内移位。本实用新型的优点是结构简单、安装方便,且成本低。

背景技术
目前的采用相变热管的太阳能热水器(以下简称热水器),它作为太阳热水系统热的导热元件,是热水系统的重要组成部分。热管与水箱内胆的连接密封是保证热水器稳定的关键所在。在中国专利CN2685773Y中写明了一种相变热导管的密封接头形式。这种结构主要用于承压热水系统中,相对来说,结构复杂、工艺复杂、大量使用金属密封件成本高,如果要用于非承压系统就比较浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种热管与水箱内胆的密封结构,适用于非承压热水系统,它的安装简便,密封可靠,制造成本较低。
本实用新型包括热管和水箱内胆密封胶圈,其特征在于热管外壁上有一个密封铜箍,密封铜箍的外径大于热管外径,二者连接处无缝隙,密封铜箍的外径与胶圈内径相配合并形成密封。
通过图1来说明本实用新型。图中1是真空太阳集热管,2是水箱外壳,3是水箱保温层,4水箱内胆,5是胶圈,6是密封铜箍,7是热管,。在本方案中将密封铜箍的缩口端与热管焊接相连,并且完全焊死,使二者之间没有空隙。先将胶圈固定在水箱内胆的冲孔处,再将焊有密封铜箍的热管插入,密封铜箍的外径略大于胶圈的内径,这样,在密封铜箍装入胶圈后,就会依靠胶圈的弹性达到密封的效果。
本实用新型的优点是:由于直接采用了橡胶件作为连接热管与水箱的密封材料,减少了大量的金属密封接头,可以大大降低热水器的制造成本,且安装简便,使用可靠。

具体实施方式
图2给出了本实用新型的具体实施方式,图中1是真空太阳集热管,2是水箱外壳,3是水箱保温层,4水箱内胆,5是胶圈,8是带支撑片的密封铜箍,7是热管。在本方案中密封铜箍带有支撑片,用于支撑在胶圈的底部,这种结构更便于装配,在装配时不会因为用力过猛将密封铜箍直接穿过胶圈,也保证在使用中密封铜箍和热管不会再向里进,更便于定位。
这种结构非常简单又有效,安装方便,使用可靠。

1、一种热管和水箱内胆密封结构,包括热管、密封胶圈和水箱内胆,其特征在于热管外壁上有一个密封铜箍,密封铜箍的外径大于热管外径,二者连接处无缝隙,密封铜箍的外径与胶圈内径相配合并形成密封。
2、根据权利要求1所说的热管和水箱内胆密封结构,其特征在于所说的密封铜箍上有支撑片,所说的支撑片与胶圈底部接触。
