技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接装置，尤其涉及一种采用柔性密封接头将多根集热管连接起来的温差集热器组合接头。
背景技术
目前，本申请人于2006年10月30日申请了名称为《组合单元温差循环集热器”》专利号为“200620066673.8”和2008年7月31日申请了名称为《组合温差集热器上下循环组合接头》专利号为200820207837.3的实用新型专利。但是上述专利在实施中，各水管的连接缺乏专有的连接装置，使组合单元温差循环集热器开发遇到了困难。若采用常用的水管接头，由于硬质材料和金属的固有特性，当两管中心线偏差较大时，就无法连接，即使连接上了也容易产生泄漏。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种采用密封材料制作的具有连接容易、维修方便和使用安全可靠的温差集热器组合接头。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种温差集热器组合接头，包括上水管和下水管，所述上水管与下水管相对应的面上设有连接孔，在连接孔中安装有密封圈，通过该密封圈安装有集热管，所述上水管上设有热水管接头，所述下水管上设有冷水管接头。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用密封圈组合成温差集热器接头，极大地简化了温差集热器制作连接，把集热器的连接制作密封圈水管连接技术，有利于集热器的普及应用，本实用新型具有结构简单、组合容易、密封性抗震性好、使用维修方便和运行安全可靠的优点，适用于在太阳能集热器上应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参见图1，一种温差集热器组合接头，有上水管1和下水管2，在上水管1与下水管2相对应的面上设有连接孔3，在连接孔3中安装有密封圈4，通过该密封圈4安装有集热管5，在上水管1上设有热水管接头6，在下水管2上设有冷水管接头7。采用密封圈4组合成温差集热管5接头，极大地简化了温差集热器制作连接技术，把每一根集热管5的连接制作密封圈4水管连接技术，有利于集热器的普及应用，具有结构简单、组合容易、密封性抗震性好、使用维修方便和运行安全可靠的优点，适用于在太阳能集热器上应用。利用本实用新型连接的水管组合温差集热器，完全能满足与建筑屋面和墙面构建化的需求，达到太阳集热器与建筑之间的统一结合；水管组合温差集热管5采用6-9米超长水管，使大面积集热单元产业化，为太阳能制冷及海水淡化提供廉价丰足的热源；同时，组合集热器结构具有良好的地域适应性。

1.一种温差集热器组合接头，包括上水管和下水管，其特征是：所述上水管与下水管相对应的面上设有连接孔，在连接孔中安装有密封圈，通过该密封圈安装有集热管，所述上水管上设有热水管接头，所述下水管上设有冷水管接头。
