本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,所述集热器包括由至少三个平行设置的集热管组成,所述封口组件包括与所述集热管数目相等的至少三个集热管封盖,所述集热管封盖包括上封盖、下封盖及中间封盖,所述下封盖上设有进水管头,所述上封盖上设有出水管头,所述下封盖、中间封盖及上封盖之间通过连通管路连接,所述连通管路采用活接头连接,所述封盖与所述集热管螺纹连接。所述封盖内设有保温体及密封垫。本实用新型结构简单,密封性好,保温效果更佳,且安装及后期维护更方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,属于太阳能技术领域。
背景技术
目前,大口径无水箱太阳能热水器的集热管封口装置由于大多数采用金属法兰硬连接技术,这样做虽然解决了大口径玻璃管的封口问题,但是由于采用金属硬连接,在玻璃管受热时玻璃管的膨胀系数和金属的膨胀系数存在较大的差距,故而在实践中出现了集热管封口整体脱落或集热管封口涨裂的现象,同时由于金属法兰热损大,造价高,在实际紧固过程当中很难做到不漏水,同时加大了保温难度,增大了用户的维修支出;而集热管和集热管之间采用竖插式塑料软管无紧固件连接技术,这样做方便了安装和拆卸,大大节约了安装的实间,提高了工作效率,但是由于这样做在集热器移动过程当中容易出现错位而漏水,也会出现当水压过高时,集热管之间也容易出现漏水,致使安装工作经常出现返工现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单,连接方便,密封性好,且保温效果好的太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,所述集热器包括由至少三个平行设置的集热管组成,所述封口组件包括与所述集热管数目相等的至少三个集热管封盖,所述集热管封盖包括上封盖、下封盖及中间封盖,所述下封盖上设有进水管头,所述上封盖上设有出水管头,所述下封盖、中间封盖及上封盖之间通过连通管路连接,所述连通管路采用活接头连接,所述封盖与所述集热管螺纹连接。采用活接头连接连接方便快捷,且稳定性好,不容易脱落。
所述封盖内设有保温体及密封垫,所述保温体镶嵌在所述封盖内,所述密封垫覆盖在所述保温体上,所述保温体与所述封盖之间形成用于集热管管口插装的环形空腔,所述保温体和密封垫上分别对应设有进水孔和出水孔。保温体不但可以保温,还可以避免封盖在较高温度下出现变形导致漏水的现象,密封垫则进一步将水密封在集热管的管体内,保温体和密封垫上的进水孔内方便安装进水管,方便水通过进水管头、进水管进入到集热管的底部。
还包括支撑在所述中间盖、下封盖的延伸管,所述延伸管的一端与所述出水管头连接,另一端与外部管路连接。通过延伸管的设计将集热器的出水口的位置引至集热器的底部,且靠近集热器的进水位置,不但方便安装,后期维护更加方便。
所述封盖采用耐高温工程塑料材质。
本实用新型的有益效果是:封盖与集热管之间采用螺纹连接,而封盖采用耐高温工程有机塑料盖件进行封口软连接,并在封口连接基础上,集热管与集热管之间连通管路的连接采用活接连接方式,这样,不但可以彻底解决大口径玻璃管封口上的应力问题,有效防止玻璃管涨裂或脱落,还可以彻底解决原来使用金属法兰散热快,不易一次性解决集热玻璃管的漏水问题。同时,可以有效降低大口径玻璃管的封口装置生产成本,有效降低了安装工作量,解决了目前大口径玻璃管无水箱太阳能在遇到漏水时庞大的维修量,最大限度降低用户的太阳能安装和维修使用支出,增强了此种太阳能热水器的可靠性,耐久性,经济性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1~图5所示,一种太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,所述集热器包括由至少三个平行设置的集热管组成,所述封口组件包括与所述集热管数目相等的至少三个集热管封盖,所述集热管封盖包括上封盖1、下封盖2及中间封盖3,所述下封盖2上设有进水管头4,所述上封盖上设有出水管头5,所述下封盖、中间封盖及上封盖之间通过连通管路6连接,所述连通管路6采用活接头7连接,所述封盖与所述集热管螺纹连接。采用活接头连接连接方便快捷,且稳定性好,不容易脱落。图1列举了四个封盖,分别为上封盖、两个中间封盖及下封盖。
所述封盖内设有保温体8及密封垫9,所述保温体8镶嵌在所述封盖内,所述密封垫9覆盖在所述保温体上,所述保温体与所述封盖之间形成用于集热管管口插装的环形空腔,所述保温体和密封垫上分别对应设有进水孔11和出水孔12。保温体不但可以保温,还可以避免封盖在较高温度下出现变形导致漏水的现象,密封垫则进一步将水密封在集热管的管体内,保温体和密封垫上的进水孔内方便安装进水管,方便水通过进水管头、进水管进入到集热管的底部。
还包括支撑在所述中间盖、下封盖的延伸管10,所述延伸管10的一端与所述出水管头连接,另一端与外部管路连接。通过延伸管的设计将集热器的出水口的位置引至集热器的底部,且靠近集热器的进水位置,不但方便安装,后期维护更加方便。
所述封盖采用耐高温工程塑料材质。
上封盖与最上面的集热管的管口螺纹连接,下封盖与最下面的集热管的管口螺纹连接,中间封盖与中间集热管的数量相配合,有几个中间集热管,相应的有对应的中间封盖,中间封盖与上封盖、下封盖分别通过连通管路连接,封盖的密封垫将集热管内的水密封在集热管内,避免水进入到集热管的螺纹端处,避免由于水温过高进入螺纹端处的水会导致集热管出现形变,从而出现漏水的现象,而保温体的设计,则进一步保温,同时也对封盖的盖体做进一步的保护。
太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件是根据集热器安装需求安装在集热管的管口处,集热管管口无论是朝向左侧还是右侧时,延伸管皆要在靠近阳光照射的一侧,这样方便连通管路上的活接头进行安装及后期维护。

1.一种太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,其特征在于,所述集热器包括由至少三个平行设置的集热管组成,所述封口组件包括与所述集热管数目相等的至少三个集热管封盖,所述集热管封盖包括上封盖、下封盖及中间封盖,所述下封盖上设有进水管头,所述上封盖上设有出水管头,所述下封盖、中间封盖及上封盖之间通过连通管路连接,所述连通管路采用活接头连接,所述封盖与所述集热管螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,其特征在于,所述封盖内设有保温体及密封垫,所述保温体镶嵌在所述封盖内,所述密封垫覆盖在所述保温体上,所述保温体与所述封盖之间形成用于集热管管口插装的环形空腔,所述保温体和密封垫上分别对应设有进水孔和出水孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,其特征在于,还包括支撑在所述中间盖、下封盖的延伸管,所述延伸管的一端与所述出水管头连接,另一端与外部管路连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能集热器的保温封口连接组件,其特征在于,所述封盖采用耐高温工程塑料材质。
