本实用新型涉及承压式贯通真空集热管。
背景技术
现有的真空集热管集热温度高、热损小、产业化程度高,用其制造的插管式热水器可在冬季提供50℃以上生活热水。但总的来说,真空集热管的应用产品还不够丰富发达。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供承压式贯通真空集热管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用贯通真空集热管和传热翅板组成一个承压式贯通真空集热管。沿集热管轴心线贯穿安装有一个管状换热器,所述换热器与集热管内玻璃管内表面之间含有低热阻连接的传热翅板。
贯通集热管由两个玻璃管罩玻璃管和内玻璃管同心嵌套布置、在两开口端融封制成,两玻璃管之间的夹套层抽真空;内玻璃管外表面真空溅射选择性吸收膜。
本实用新型的有益效果:提供一种承压运行的贯通真空集热管,用这些贯通真空集热管可组成结构简单、可靠性高的太阳能集热系统。采用传热翅板可以同时承托贯通集热管,方便安装。

图1给出本实用新型的一个实施例。
图1中,沿集热管1轴心线贯穿安装一个管状换热器2,换热器2与集热管1内玻璃管内表面之间含有低热阻连接的传热翅板3。传热翅板3在图1中用粗线条标示。集热管1两端各设置一个密封圈4,组成一个承压式贯通真空集热管。
图1实施例的工作原理:太阳光在集热管1内玻璃管吸收膜上转换成热,热能通过集热管1的内玻璃管和传热翅板3传递给换热器2内的水。换热器2内的水升温流动带走热能供应使用。
