Abstract

一种承压式太阳能集热管。传热管的一端开口且与热水器水箱连通,传热管的另一端密封且伸入双层玻璃真空管中,双层玻璃真空管内设有载有超导液的吸附部件。由于依靠热水器水箱内的水在传热管与水箱中对流循环时获取热量,从而使得双层玻璃真空管不会结水垢和炸管,且传热管能够承受自来水压,内玻璃管表面的吸附部件增加了超导液的吸热面积,使得超导液更容易将热量传导至传热管。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器的集热管,特别是能够承受自来水压力的集热管。
背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器的集热部件为双层玻璃真空管,其包括外玻璃管、内玻璃管,外玻璃管与内玻璃管之间为低压真空层,内玻璃管的外表面涂有吸热层,外玻璃管和内玻璃管的一端分别封口形成自由端,外玻璃管的另一端与内玻璃管的另一端密封。其工作时,双层玻璃真空管插入水箱内,水箱和内玻璃管连通,依靠内玻璃管和水箱内的水循环将集热部件吸收的热量传导入水箱内。但是集热部件与水箱之间的连接处不能承受自来水压,且水与内玻璃管接触也导致集热部件容易结水垢和在高温下炸管。
发明内容
为了克服普通的双层玻璃真空管不能承压、容易结水垢和炸管的不足,本实用新型提供一种承压式太阳能集热管,该承压式太阳能集热管能够承压、不结水垢亦不炸管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:承压式太阳能集热管包括双层玻璃真空管和一根传热管,传热管的一端开口且与热水器水箱连通,传热管的另一端密封且伸入双层玻璃真空管的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面与载有超导液的吸附部件相连,双层玻璃真空管的开口端设有密封塞。承压式太阳能集热管的工作过程为,内玻璃管吸收的热量加热吸附部件上的超导液,超导液汽化遇到温度比较低的传热管冷凝释放热量,热水器水箱内的水在传热管与水箱中对流循环获取热量。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于依靠热水器水箱内的水在传热管与水箱中对流循环时获取热量,从而使得双层玻璃真空管不会结水垢和炸管,且传热管能够承受自来水压,内玻璃管表面的吸附部件增加了超导液的吸热面积,使得超导液更容易将热量传导至传热管。

在图1中,承压式太阳能集热管包括双层玻璃真空管1和一根传热管2,传热管2的一端开口且与热水器水箱连通,传热管2的另一端密封且伸入双层玻璃真空管1的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面与载有超导液的吸附部件3相连,双层玻璃真空管1的开口端设有密封塞4。
