Abstract

一种双热管式集热器。两端密封的热管内含有导热液,热管的冷凝端与热水器水箱相连,另一端伸入双层玻璃真空管中,且双层玻璃真空管内表面设有载有超导液的吸附部件。由于依靠内玻璃管表面上的超导液汽化与冷凝来传输热量速度快;依靠热管内的导热液汽化,汽化的导热液在热管的冷凝端向水箱中释放出热量,双层玻璃真空管不与自来水接触,从而使得双热管式集热器不结水垢和炸管,此双热管式集热器也能够承受自来水压。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能热水器的集热器,特别是采用热管方式的集热器。 
背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器的集热部件为双层玻璃真空管,其包括外玻璃管、内玻璃管,外玻璃管与内玻璃管之间为低压真空层,内玻璃管的外表面涂有吸热层,外玻璃管和内玻璃管的一端分别封口形成自由端,外玻璃管的另一端与内玻璃管的另一端密封。工作时,双层玻璃真空管插入水箱内,水箱和内玻璃管连通,依靠内玻璃管和水箱内的水循环将集热部件吸收的热量导入水箱内。但是集热部件与水箱之间的连接处不能承受自来水压,且水与内玻璃管接触也导致集热部件容易结水垢和在高温下炸管。 
发明内容
为了克服普通的双层玻璃真空管不能承压、容易结水垢和炸管的不足,本发明提供一种双热管式集热器,该双热管式集热器能够承压、不结水垢亦不炸管并且导热能力强。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:双热管式集热器包括双层玻璃真空管和一根热管,两端密封的热管内含有导热液,热管的冷凝端与热水器水箱相连,热管的另一端伸入双层玻璃真空管的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面设有载有超导液的吸附部件,双层玻璃真空管的开口端设有密封塞。双热管式集热器的工作过程为,吸附部件上的超导液吸收内玻璃管的热量汽化并在热管表面冷凝释放出热量,热管内的导热液吸收热量汽化,热管内汽化的导热液在热管的冷凝端向水箱中释放出热量。 
本发明的有益效果是,由于依靠内玻璃管表面上的超导液汽化与冷凝来传输热量速度快,且热管内的导热液汽化,汽化的导热液在热管的冷凝端向水箱中释放出热量,双层玻璃真空管不与自来水接触,从而使得双热管式集热器不会结水垢和炸管,此双热管式集热器也能够承受自来水压。

具体实施方式
在图1中,双热管式集热器包括双层玻璃真空管1和一根热管2,两端密封的热管2内含有导热液3,热管2的冷凝端与热水器水箱相连,热管2的另一端伸入双层玻璃真空管1的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面设有载有超导液的吸附部件4,双层玻璃真空管1的开口端设有密封塞5。

1.一种双热管式集热器,其包括双层玻璃真空管,其特征是:两端密封的热管内含有导热液,热管的冷凝端与热水器水箱相连,热管的另一端伸入双层玻璃真空管的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面设有载有超导液的吸附部件,双层玻璃真空管的开口端设有密封塞。
