Abstract

一种高能效盘管集热器。U形的传热管伸入双层玻璃真空管的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面与载有超导液的吸附部件相连,双层玻璃真空管的开口端设有密封塞。由于依靠传热管中的水流带走双层玻璃真空管内的热量,从而使得双层玻璃真空管能够承压和不会结水垢,且依靠超导液汽化传递热量使得此高能效盘管集热器的导热效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器的集热器件,特别是采用盘管串联走水方式传递热量的盘管集热器。
背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器的集热部件为双层玻璃真空管,其包括外玻璃管、内玻璃管,外玻璃管与内玻璃管之间为低压真空层,内玻璃管的外表面涂有吸热层,外玻璃管和内玻璃管的一端分别封口形成自由端,外玻璃管的另一端与内玻璃管的另一端密封。安装热水器时,双层玻璃真空管插入水箱内,水箱和内玻璃管连通,内玻璃管和水箱内的水循环将集热器吸收的热量传导入水箱内。但是集热部件与水箱之间的连接处不能承受自来水压,且水与内玻璃管接触也导致集热部件容易结水垢和在高温下炸管。
发明内容
为了克服普通的双层玻璃真空管不能承压、容易结水垢和炸管的不足,本实用新型提供一种高能效盘管集热器,该高能效盘管集热器能够承压、不结水垢、导热快。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:高能效盘管集热器包括双层玻璃真空管和一根U形的传热管,传热管伸入双层玻璃真空管的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面与载有超导液的吸附部件相连,双层玻璃真空管的开口端设有密封塞。高能效盘管集热器的工作过程为,内玻璃管吸收热量加热吸附部件上的超导液,超导液汽化并接触到传热管的外表面冷凝释放热量,水流从传热管中通过时吸收传热管的热量。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于依靠传热管中的水流带走双层玻璃真空管内的热量,从而使得双层玻璃真空管不会结水垢和炸管,亦能够承压;依靠超导液汽化传递热量使得此高能效盘管集热器的导热效率高。

在图1中,高能效盘管集热器包括双层玻璃真空管1和一根U形的传热管2,传热管2伸入双层玻璃真空管1的内玻璃管中,内玻璃管的内表面与载有超导液的吸附部件3相连,双层玻璃真空管1的开口端设有密封塞4。
