一种新型空气加热式集热器。其密封的圆柱状金属导热容器内含有导热介质，金属导热容器一端插入内玻璃管中，另一端与热水器内水箱相连。通过内玻璃中空气对流加热金属导热容器，使得金属导热容器内的液体通过对流和蒸发加热热水器内水箱，该新型空气加热式集热器没有与内水箱连通，所以其内不会产生水垢，也不会发生当新型空气加热式集热器温度高时上冷水而炸管的现象。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器的吸热部件真空管。
背景技术
目前，太阳能热水器的吸热部件真空管的结构为，由内外两层玻璃管组成，在两层玻璃管之间抽成真空，在内层玻璃管的外表面涂有吸热层。安装在热水器上时，将真空管与热水器的内水箱相连通，水在真空管内受热向上流，水箱内冷水向下流入真空管中，如此水在真空管与水箱中形成对流，依靠对流真空管将水箱内的水加热。但其缺点是，水在真空管中加热，使得真空管内有水垢，不仅不卫生，而且有损真空管的集热效果；且当真空管空晒时，此时的真空管能达到两百多度，此时若往水箱内上水，很容易导致真空管炸管。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的真空管内积有水垢，在真空管空管时上水很容易导致真空管炸管的不足，本实用新型提供一种新型空气加热式集热器，该新型空气加热式集热器内没有水通过，所以不仅不会产生水垢，而且也不会因上水而炸管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：新型空气加热式集热器包括由内玻璃管和外玻璃管组成的全玻璃真空管，密封的圆柱状金属导热容器内含有导热介质，金属导热容器一端插入内玻璃管中，另一端与热水器内水箱相连。当此新型空气加热式集热器安装于太阳能热水器上时，内部含有液体的金属导热容器插入热水器内水箱中，新型空气加热式集热器吸收阳光加热内玻璃管中的空气，热空气上升加热金属导热容器，使得金属导热容器内的液体通过对流和蒸发加热热水器内水箱中的水。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过内玻璃中空气对流加热金属导热容器，使得金属导热容器内的液体通过对流和蒸发加热热水器内水箱，该新型空气加热式集热器没有与内水箱连通，所以其内不会产生水垢，也不会发生当新型空气加热式集热器温度高时上冷水而炸管的现象。
