本实用新型属于太阳能热利用领域,特别是太阳能热水器技术领域。热管与储水箱内胆之间设有接头,接头包括套管、胶圈、平垫圈、设有底座的锁紧螺母,套管的一端与储水箱的内胆连接,另一端设有外螺纹,该端端面呈喇叭口状,胶圈、平垫圈、锁紧螺母依次设置在喇叭口状端面外,锁紧螺母通过螺纹与套管连接。由于胶圈具有柔性,当锁紧螺母与热管连接时,向内挤压平垫圈,使胶圈与热管、套管间形成密封。本实用新型具有结构简单,便于安装、密封性能稳定的特点。

热管式太阳能热水器
本实用新型属于太阳能热利用领域,特别是太阳能热水器技术领域。
热管式太阳能热水器主要由储水箱、真空集热管及热管组成,热管与储水箱的连接方法有两种。一种为热管直接连接在储水箱内胆孔部,在热管与内胆的孔之间通过硅胶圈密封。另一种为储水箱内胆焊有一接管,接管另一端部设有球状铜垫块,靠螺纹连接处球状铜凹面与铜垫块的球状凸面以实现密封。上述两种连接方式密封性能差,常常发生连接处漏水现象。
本实用新型目的在于设计一种具有良好密封性能,便于安装的热管式太阳能热水器。
本实用新型包括储水箱、真空集热管与热管,其特征在于热管与储水箱内胆之间设有接头,接头包括套管、胶圈、平垫圈、设有底座的锁紧螺母,套管、胶圈、平垫圈、锁紧螺母套置在热管外,套管的一端与储水箱的内胆连接,另一端设有外螺纹,该端端面呈喇叭口状,胶圈、平垫圈、锁紧螺母依次设置在喇叭口状端面外,锁紧螺母通过螺纹与套管连接,锁紧螺母底座开有与热管配合的孔,该孔小于平垫圈的外径,大于热管外径。
由于胶圈具有柔性,当锁紧螺母与热管连接时,向内挤压平垫圈,使胶圈与热管、套管间形成密封。本实用新型具有结构简单,便于安装、密封性能稳定的特点。

如图所示,套管4上端穿过保温层3连接在储水箱的内胆2的孔上,热管1套置在套管4中。
套管4的下端设有外螺纹,下端面呈喇叭口状,胶圈6、平垫圈7依次套置在热管1外,平垫圈7的外径小于套管4的喇叭口的外径,锁紧螺母5呈筒型,内壁设有与套管4下端配合的内螺纹,底座开有与热管1配合的孔,该孔小于平垫圈7的外径,大于热管的外径。
本实用新型可以用于家用型热管式太阳能热水器,也适用于工程型热管式太阳能集热器,工程型热管式太阳能集热器的储水箱形状与家用型热管式太阳能热水器相同,只是截面较小而已。

1、热管式太阳能热水器,包括储水箱、真空集热管与热管,其特征在于热管与储水箱内胆之间设有接头,接头包括套管、胶圈、平垫圈、设有底座的锁紧螺母,套管、胶圈、平垫圈、锁紧螺母套置在热管外,套管的一端与储水箱的内胆连接,另一端设有外螺纹,该端端面呈喇叭口状,胶圈、平垫圈、锁紧螺母依次设置在喇叭口状端面外,锁紧螺母通过螺纹与套管连接,锁紧螺母底座开有与热管配合的孔,该孔小于平垫圈的外径,大于热管外径。
