本实用新型涉及到一种太阳热水器中相变热导管的密封接头,特别适用于具有相变热导管(热管)的全玻璃真空太阳热水器。
背景技术
目前市场上的具有相变热导管的全玻璃真空太阳热水器中,密封接头由压帽、密封胶圈、金属垫圈和接头底座组成,如图1所示,1是全玻璃真空太阳集热管,2是挡风圈,3是保温层,4是接头底座,5是相变热导管,6是密封胶圈,7是金属垫圈,8是内水箱,9是水箱外壳,10是压帽,接头底座4采用螺纹连接,接头底座4和内水箱8焊接在一起,金属垫圈7和相变热导管5焊接在一起。(中国专利ZL99214989.4)。这种结构的缺点是:1是由于在高温下使用,密封胶圈6受热膨胀时会向接头底座4和相变热导管5之间的空隙膨胀,膨胀部分会被接头底座4的直角边切掉,不能起到密封作用,造成渗漏;2是金属垫圈7较薄,所以与相变热导管5的焊缝宽度不够宽,容易造成渗漏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了保证具有相变热导管的全玻璃真空太阳热水器密封良好,密封寿命持久。
本实用新型由压帽、密封胶圈、金属垫圈和接头底座组成,其特征在于所说的金属垫圈是带有凹槽和凸台的,密封胶圈置于金属垫圈的凹槽内,凸台顶端与相变热导管焊在一起。
本实用新型的优点是:密封良好,密封性能持久。

具体实施方式
图2给出了本实用新型的实施例。1是全玻璃真空集热管,2是挡风圈,3是保温层,4是接头底座,5是相变热导管,11是带有凹槽和凸台的金属垫圈,6是密封胶圈,8是内水箱,9是水箱外壳,10是压帽。其中,接头底座4和内水箱8焊接在一起,金属垫圈11的凸台顶端和相变热导管5焊接在一起,采用圆周焊,密封胶圈6置于金属垫圈11的凹槽中,相变热导管5穿过接头底座4,金属垫圈11压在密封胶圈6上,压帽10与接头底座4由螺纹旋紧,金属垫圈6将密封胶圈6压紧,从而起到密封的作用,由于金属垫圈11的凹槽留有密封胶圈6的膨胀空间,密封胶圈6的膨胀被限制在凹槽内,不会被接头底座的直角迫切掉,同时由于金属垫圈11与相变热导管5的焊接处有足够的焊缝宽度,保证焊接强度,不会造成渗漏。

1、一种太阳热水器中相变热导管的密封接头,由压帽、密封胶圈、金属垫圈和接头底座组成,其特征在于所说的金属垫圈是带有凹槽和凸台的,密封胶圈置于金属垫圈的凹槽内,凸台顶端与相变热导管焊在一起。
