该实用新型为双通双浮太阳能玻璃真空集热管,其主要构成是:玻璃外壳和玻璃内胆的集热管两端贯通,集热管两端装有柔性耐热密封套并抽成真空,其中一端置有吸气口与吸气剂组件,柔性耐热密封套与集热管内胆端头联接处预留了热胀缝;集热管内胆外壁喷涂集热层。相比现有太阳能玻璃真空集热管而言,具有安全性更好、制造工艺相对简单、维修更为便利、能完全利用集热管中的热水、热利用率大大提升、性价比更高的优点。

背景技术
现有太阳能真空玻璃集热管为单通(一端开口、一端封闭)及单固(开口端内外胆玻璃直接焊合)单悬(封闭端内外胆玻璃互不相连)的联接结构,存在集热管内水温较高的存水不能及时利用、热利用率不高、集热管内外胆容易破裂及制造工艺较为复杂、维修不便的弊端。以上弊端直接影响到太阳能热水器的推广与使用。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种双层玻璃两端直通且双向浮动柔性耐热密封套联接的真空集热管,集热管的安全性更好、制造工艺相对简单、维修更为便利、能完全利用集热管中的热水、热利用率大大提升、性价比更高的双通双浮太阳能玻璃真空集热管。 
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现: 
双通双浮太阳能玻璃真空集热管,其组成包括:具有玻璃外壳和玻璃内胆的集热管两端贯通,所述集热管两端装有柔性耐热密封套并抽成真空,其中一端置有吸气口与吸气剂组件;所述柔性耐热密封套与集热管内胆端头联接处预留了热胀缝;所述集热管内胆外壁喷涂集热层。 
这个技术方案有如下有益效果: 
1、本实用新型的双通双浮太阳能玻璃真空集热管,因将原单通的玻璃真空集热管改为直通的玻璃真空集热管,能完全利用玻璃真空集热管中的热水,增加了热水使用量,提高了热利用率。 
2、本实用新型采用柔性耐热密封套实现了集热管端头内外胆之间的双浮联接结构,玻璃真空集热管两端可以双向浮动,且柔性耐热密封套与集热管内胆端头联接处预留了热胀缝,能防止内外胆温度不同而导致胀裂的发生。 
3、本实用新型的玻璃真空集热管采用组装式的制造工艺,降低了制造的难度和成本,同时也便于维修。 
4、本实用新型充分利用了太阳能这一可再生资源,能方便快捷地为使用者提供充足的热水。
