一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种信号电缆卷筒。
二、背景技术:
信号电缆卷筒是用于收卷和释放信号电缆并且传输电信号的装置。由于信号电缆卷筒传输的电信号很微弱,容易受到外界因素的干扰。为了防止传输的电信号失真,目前的办法是采用“差动环”的结构形式,当信号电缆卷筒的轴带动差动环依次旋转时也带动信号电缆旋转。该种结构形式的信号电缆卷筒能较好地传输电信号,但差动环的加工精度要求高,装配比较麻烦,工作时噪音较大,信号电缆越长,差动环的数量越多,使得外形较大,笨重,成本增加,而且差动环上的信号电缆容易磨损,甚至断裂,造成信号中断。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外形较小、无噪音、传输电信号平稳逼真的信号电缆卷筒。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种信号电缆卷筒,具有信号电缆、卷盘总成、主轴和支座总成,其特征在于:在主轴的一端设有旋转关节,信号电缆通过航空插座与旋转关节连接。
本实用新型由动力带动主轴旋转时,主轴上的旋转关节同步旋转,旋转关节旋转时,只需旋转关节旋转而不需要信号电缆旋转就能准确、逼真、平稳连续传递电信号。由于本实用新型用旋转关节替代了差动环,可以将卷筒做得较小,而且由于省去了差动环,不会有因差动环上拉销的撞击而产生的噪音。

五、具体实施方式:
如图所示,本实用新型主要由罩盒1、旋转关节2、支座总成4、主轴5、信号电缆6、卷盘总成7组成,旋转关节2通过螺钉3固定在主轴5的右端面上。信号电缆通过航空插座与旋转关节连接。
当动力带动主轴旋转时,主轴上的旋转关节同步旋转,此时通过旋转关节即可平稳、逼真连续传递电信号。
