本实用新型公开了一种快速进料回转窑它包括窑体，窑体的进料端有螺旋形内衬。由于采用了螺旋形内衬，使本实用新型进料端的物料在螺旋的作用下加快移动速度，从而提高窑进料端往前输送物料的能力，避免了窑进料端返料的发生。

背景技术：
现有技术中，碳素回转窑窑体的内衬表面形状为圆筒形，由于窑体倾斜旋转，当物料加入回转窑后，物料在窑内从高端到底端作前进运动，碳素回转窑的旋转速度是根据物料的特性和煅烧工艺确定的，在生产中这一转速对于回转窑进料工作常常显得较慢，往往物料无法及时进入窑内，会造成回转窑进料端的物料堆积而产生返料现象(即物料从进料口涌出窑筒体外的现象)。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种快速进料回转窑，使回转窑的进料速度加快，避免返料现象的出现。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它包括窑体(1)，窑体(1)的进料端有螺旋形内衬(2)。为了进料效果最佳，螺旋形内衬(2)的长度为进料段(3)长度的1/2～2/3。螺旋形内衬(2)有4～6条螺纹，其高度为30mm～100mm。
由于采用了螺旋形内衬，使本实用新型进料端的物料在螺旋的作用下加快移动速度，从而提高窑进料端往前输送物料的能力，避免了窑进料端返料的发生。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型的实施例：在现有回转窑的基础上，在窑体(1)的进口端起始处至中间位置，加工出内螺纹状的螺旋形内衬(2)，其螺纹数为6根，高度为80mm。

1.一种快速进料回转窑，它包括窑体(1)，其特征在于：窑体(1)的进料端有螺旋形内衬(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速进料回转窑，其特征在于：螺旋形内衬(2)的长度为进料段(3)长度的1/2～2/3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速进料回转窑，其特征在于：螺旋形内衬(2)有4～6条螺纹，其高度为30mm～100mm。
