本实用新型涉及一种隔板,尤其是一种用在卷烟生产中盒状物储存输送装置上的隔板。属于卷烟设备设计与制造技术领域。
背景技术
在现有盒状物如卷烟烟包或烟盒包装生产过程中,需要使用储存输送装置来缓冲或调节盒状物的储存与输送,以保证连续生产。现有的储存输送装置是在旋转筒外表面设置L形隔板,并在两两隔板之间形成储存槽,以便储存卷烟包或卷烟盒等盒状物。但这样的结构存在着下列不足:一是折弯板的强度和刚度不好,板容易变形,使用在设备上时,对设备的稳定性有很大的影响;二是钢板的重量较重,在一定程度上会造成对设备的冲击或者给设备的驱动力带来影响。因此,有必要对现有结构加以改进。
发明内容
为克服现有隔板存在的易变形,重量重,成本高等不足,本实用新型提供一种既省料,减轻整机重量,又不易变形,且便于观察的隔板。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案完成:一种隔板,其特征在于它由一横板和垂直于该横板中部的立板构成T字形,且在横板的两侧间隔设有凹槽。
所述横板两侧的凹槽对称或不对称设置,以便与另一隔板所对应的凹槽形成通孔。一则检测时,可以通过这个开口来检测隔板上的盒状物,二则可以减轻零件的重量,降低成本。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:采用上述方案,即将隔板做成由横板和立板构成的T字形,且在横板的两侧间隔设有凹槽,不仅结构简单,可靠,成形方便,而且减轻了零件的重量,在用料省的情况下还增加了零件的强度和刚度,另外通过两两隔板凹槽形成的矩形孔,可检测隔板上的盒状物,因此,是一理想的储存输送装置用隔板。
