本实用新型属室内采暖供热装置,特别涉及一种高效节能供热系统。
技术背景
目前,国内外室内采暖主要采暖用空调、集中供热(采用水暖和气暖),农村的住宅、小城镇的平房和远离城市的别墅,应用小锅炉,上述这些采暖设施,都存在着热源单一,浪费能源,热效率低,采暖效果不好的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种特别适用于农村住宅、小城镇的平房和远离城市的别墅自行解决采暖的高效节能供热系统。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种由炉壳体、管路、太阳发热器和热源等主要部件组成的高效节能供热系统,其特点是在太阳发热器管路中安装一个管道泵和阀门一、二;在炉壳体内固定一炉胆,炉胆内壁制成凸块形状,在炉管路和太阳发热器管路中焊接数个散热片,散热片内设有热交换腔,在散热器交换腔内底部穿有与炉管路为一体的炉加热管和与太阳发热器管路为一体的太阳发热器加热管,炉加热管、太阳发热器加热管均浸没在导热介质中
本实用新型的有益效果是:该供热系统是以导热介质为换热介质,以低热量换取高热量,节省了能源,如果在有阳光的白天里,利用太阳发热器就能满足室内供暖的要求,对能源的节省效果更加可观;热源广泛,可以用煤、油、天然气、液化气、煤气、电和太阳能等;设备简单,热效率高,采暖效果好。

具体实施方式
参照附图,高效节能供热系统安装两套热循环系统:一是在太阳发热器8的两侧太阳发热器管路9上装有管道泵6、三个弯头4和两个阀门一、二5、10,在散热片7的热交换室14的底部穿一根与太阳发热器管路9为一体的太阳发热器加热管15;二是在炉壳体1内安装一个炉胆2,炉胆2内壁制成带有凸块3形状,增加受热面积,炉胆2内底部装有水12,炉胆2底设有热源13;炉胆2上端用弯头4、炉管路11与散热片7焊接在一起;散热片7根据采暖需要可设任意组,在散热片7的热交换室14的底部与太阳发热器9平行的穿过一个与炉管路11为一体的炉加热管16(见附图2),二种加热管均浸在导热介质17中,安装该系统时,炉管路11的末端要密封,要高于炉胆2第一个弯头4的出口,保证炉管路11系统中的蒸馏水能自动流回炉胆2中。导热介质17为水、氨、乙醇、丙酮、钠、锂、汞的液体,可任意选择一种。
该供热系统供热过程是这样实现的,在有阳光的白天里将太阳发热器8系统中的阀门一、二5、10打开,开启管道泵6,这时太阳发热器8中的热水通过管道泵6经太阳发热器管路9流入散热片7底部的太阳发热器加热管15中,然后经导热介质17将热量增温,使散热片7中的热交换室14的空气加热升温,自然形成定量热蒸汽循环,使散热片7不断升温,达到室内取暖目的;当夜间或无阳光的阴雨天时,点着热源13,加热炉胆2底部和水12,产生热气进入系统中的散热片7中的炉加热管16,(以后过程同前)。热源也可使用电。太阳加热系统和热源加热系统也可同时应用,效果更好。该系统的工作压力为0.09Mpa,可节能60%左右。特别适应于农村、平房和别墅独家用户自行取暖使用。

1、一种高效节能供热系统,由炉壳体(1)、管路太阳发热器(8)和热源(13)组成,其特征在于在太阳发热器管路(9)中安装一个管道泵(6)和阀门一、二(5)、(10);在炉壳体(1)内固定一炉胆(2),在炉管路(11)和太阳发热器管路(9)中焊接数个散热片(7),散热片(7)内设有热交换腔(14),在热交换腔(14)内底部穿有与炉管路(11)为一体的炉加热管(16)和与太阳发热器管路(9)为一体的太阳发热器加热管(15),炉加热管(16)和太阳发热器加热管(15)均浸在导热介质(17)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高效节能供热系统,其特征在于炉胆(2)内壁制成凸块(3)形状。
