本实用新型涉及一种高效节能暖气片。
背景技术
目前,绝大部分使用暖气片供热水管为异侧上进下出或同侧上进下出,热水流经整个暖气片,管结构为紧密排列的散热管,供热水管在暖气片中盘绕,这样不仅耗费大量金属材料,而且热水不能充分流动,散热不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效节能暖气片,以克服现有暖气片需要耗费大量金属材料,而且热水不能充分流动,散热不均匀的不足。
实现本实用新型目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效节能暖气片,包括顶部散热管、底部散热管,顶部散热管与底部散热管之间并列设置有若干中间散热管,各中间散热管上盘绕有高频焊翅片;所述中间散热管与顶部散热管和底部散热管连通;一根供热水管从底部散热管一端进入,从另一端穿出,所述供热水管为异侧下进下出型;所述顶部散热管、底部散热管及中间散热管形成相互连通的封闭真空管,其内部装有超导液。
本实用新型的有益效果:节水节能,结构简单,安装简单,升温速度快,重量轻等优点。而且使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的高效节能暖气片,包括顶部散热管1、底部散热管2,顶部散热管1与底部散热管2之间并列设置有若干中间散热管3,各中间散热管3上盘绕有高频焊翅片5;所述中间散热管3与顶部散热管1和底部散热管2连通;一根供热水管4从底部散热管2一端进入,从另一端穿出,所述供热水管4为异侧下进下出型;所述顶部散热管1、底部散热管2及中间散热管3形成相互连通的封闭真空管,其内部装有超导液。
本实用新型实施例所述的高效节能暖气片的工作原理是:热水从供热水管4的热水进口6进入,从供热水管4另一端的热水出口7流出时,把热能交换到散热管的超导液中,超导液在极小的热阻下迅速蒸发汽化为气体,扩散到散热片顶部,整个散热管达到很高温度并向外散热;气体在散热的同时冷凝为液体,并依靠自身重力回流到壳体底部,继续进行下一个相变传热循环。

1、一种高效节能暖气片,包括顶部散热管(1)、底部散热管(2),顶部散热管(1)与底部散热管(2)之间并列设置有若干中间散热管(3),各中间散热管(3)上盘绕有高频焊翅片(5);所述中间散热管(3)与顶部散热管(1)和底部散热管(2)连通,其特征在于:一根供热水管(4)从底部散热管(2)一端进入,从另一端穿出;所述顶部散热管(1)、底部散热管(2)及中间散热管(3)形成相互连通的封闭真空管,其内部装有超导液。
