本实用新型属太阳能取暖技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能热导取暖器。
背景技术:
现有居民冬季多采电能、燃烧煤、炭及天然气等产生的热能来取暖,其缺点是利用电能取暖耗电量大、成本高;而利用燃烧煤、炭及天然气等产生的热能来取暖虽然成本低,但浪费资源,使用不方便、费时费力,且燃烧过程中排放的烟尘,易污染环境和损害人身健康。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、无污染、使用方便的太阳能热导取暖器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种太阳能热导取暖器,包括室外太阳能集热器和室内蒸发器,其特征是室外太阳能集热器由储热腔体和与其两侧相连通的若干真空超导管组成,在储热腔体内设储热介质和螺旋式换热管,螺旋式换热管内设超导液、两端分别通过管路与室内蒸发器进出口相连,在螺旋式换热管和室内蒸发器出口相连的管路上设有循环器和抽空加液阀。
其中,在储热腔体内设电加热管,在其顶部设放气补液阀。
由于采用上述技术方案,利用太阳能做热源,通过真空超导管将储热腔体内的储热介质加热,并与螺旋式换热管内超导液发生热量交换,在循环器的作用下,使超导液在螺旋式换热管和室内蒸发器构成的循环管路内流动,并通过室内蒸发器将热量送入到室内,因而具有节约能源、热效率高、使用成本低、安全方便、无污染的优点。

参考附图,一种太阳能热导取暖器,包括室外太阳能集热器和室内蒸发器1,室外太阳能集热器由储热腔体3和与其两侧相连通的若干真空超导管2组成,在储热腔体3内设储热介质4和螺旋式换热管8,螺旋式换热管8内设超导液、两端分别通过管路与室内蒸发器1进出口相连,在螺旋式换热管8和室内蒸发器1出口相连的管路上设有循环器5和抽空加液阀9。为防止阴雨天等天气原因造成采热不足,在储热腔体3内还设电加热管6;在储热腔体3顶部设放气补液阀7,以保持腔体压力恒定和定量的储热介质。

1、一种太阳能热导取暖器,包括室外太阳能集热器和室内蒸发器(1),其特征是室外太阳能集热器由储热腔体(3)和与其两侧相连通的若干真空超导管(2)组成,在储热腔体(3)内设储热介质(4)和螺旋式换热管(8),螺旋式换热管(8)内设超导液、两端分别通过管路与室内蒸发器(1)进出口相连,在螺旋式换热管(8)和室内蒸发器(1)出口相连的管路上设有循环器(5)和抽空加液阀(9)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热导取暖器,其特征是在储热腔体(3)内设电加热管(6),在其顶部设放气补液阀(7)。
