Abstract

一种搅拌头,包含一根通过自身旋转来带动其他构件运动的主轴,与主轴位置相对固定的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上装有可绕搅拌轴自由旋转的机桨。通过这样的机构,在搅拌过程中,机桨在绕主轴公转的同时,由于灰浆对其产生的阻力使其同时做自转运动,从而在降低功耗的同时极大地提高了效率。

本实用新型涉及一种搅拌机的搅拌头。
背景技术
目前国内外的各种搅拌机的搅拌头普遍采用在旋转轴上固定地装叶片、螺旋杆或其他形状机桨的方式,如专利号为US6273601及US6712499的美国专利都曾揭示过这样的搅拌头。
这种机桨固定的搅拌头在搅拌过程中容易产生很大的阻力,耗能多、效率低。而且在使用时,往往需要操作者逐渐加入物料,如果一次性加入,则会发生结块,不容易搅匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是揭示一种低功耗、高效率的搅拌头。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所揭示的搅拌头包含一根通过自身旋转来带动其他构件运动的主轴,与主轴位置相对固定的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上装有可绕搅拌轴自由旋转的机桨,还有限制机桨滑出搅拌轴的限定装置。
通过这样的机构,在搅拌过程中,机桨在绕主轴公转的同时,由于灰浆对其产生的阻力使其同时做自转运动,从而在降低功耗的同时极大地提高了效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种搅拌装置主要包含一个动力装置1,提供旋转动力,一个搅拌头2,以及一个料桶3。结合图2、图3所示,搅拌头2包含一根主轴4,可在动力装置的带动下旋转。一根横杆5横向固定在主轴4底端。横杆5的两端分别装有一根搅拌轴6,最好与主轴4平行且对称,同时搅拌轴6最好具有圆形横截面。最重要的是,搅拌头2还包含两个螺旋状的机桨7,机桨7上有内腔为圆形的套圈8。套圈8有足够大的内径,从而使得机桨7可绕搅拌轴6自由旋转。搅拌轴6顶端装有螺母9,使机桨7不能从搅拌轴6顶端自由滑出。
于是,在搅拌过程中,动力装置1带动主轴4旋转,与主轴固定在一起的横杆5和搅拌轴6也随之旋转,于是装在搅拌轴6上的机桨7也绕主轴4发生旋转——公转。在搅拌过程中,物料对机桨7的阻力转化为推动机桨7绕搅拌轴6旋转的动力,于是机桨7在绕主轴4公转的同时绕搅拌轴6旋转——自转。可见,这样的搅拌头2与现有技术中普遍采用的方式——只包含固定的搅拌轴或螺旋杆——相比,非常有效地提高了工作效率。
本实用新型所揭示的搅拌头并不局限于上文所述及附图所示的结构方式,本实用新型的最大贡献在于揭示了一种机桨可同时发生公转及自转的搅拌头,在此基础上,机桨的数目、形状、以及搅拌头其他构件的改变并不能超出本实用新型的范围。
下面结合图4及图5举例说明机桨其他可行的结构方式。其中图4所示的机桨70包含一根连续的套管80,采用这样的套管80可以有效减少进入套管/套圈的物料,使机桨70的自转更加顺滑。除了使用螺旋状结构,机桨71也可以采用如图5所示的矩形结构,甚至也可以是其他未揭示的形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种搅拌头,包含一根通过自身旋转来带动其他构件运动的主轴,与主轴位置相对固定的搅拌轴,其特征在于:搅拌轴上装有可绕搅拌轴自由旋转的机桨,还有限制机桨滑出搅拌轴的限定装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的搅拌头,其特征在于:所述机桨呈螺旋状。
3.如权利要求1所述的搅拌头,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴与主轴大致平行。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌头,其特征在于:所述机桨中央有一套管,该套管有一贯穿其中的内腔。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌头,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴和机桨分别为至少两个,相对于转轴呈对称分布。
