在炭素行业和铝行业的散装物料一般用溜管输送，在输送过程中，溜管的拐弯处经常会受到物料的冲刷摩擦，由于长时间的摩擦，弯头部分会被物料磨穿，物料从溜管中泄漏，导致系统中断运行，影响生产进度，同时会污染工作区的环境，增加检修的工作量。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种防磨穿缓冲弯头，减弱物料对弯头受力点的冲击力度，防止溜管被物料磨穿，得以保证系统长期运行，减少检修的工作量。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它包括一个中空腔体(3)，上方有进料口(1)，下方有出料口(2)，腔体(3)为梯形，在腔体(3)内，进料口(1)对应下方为平台(4)，用于堆积物料，出料口(2)在平台(4)旁。
本实用新型在输送物料时，先进入弯头的物料堆积在平台(4)上，堆积一定高度后，再进入弯头的物料在平台(4)上降低速度并改变方向后，从出料口(2)溜出。可以减弱各种散装物料对其溜管的拐弯处摩擦并有效的防止拐弯处被磨穿，使溜管的检修工作大大降低，保证系统的长期运行。

本实用新型的实施例：将弯头的腔体(3)加工为直角梯形，腔体(3)上方开进料口(1)，进料口(1)对应下方加工成平台(4)，旁边开出料口(2)，连接上溜管，即可使用。
