本实用新型涉及一种四点接触球轴承,由轴承外圈、轴承内圈、钢球和保持架组成,保持架兜孔为两层圆柱孔,由大圆柱孔和小圆柱孔结合而成。大圆柱孔的直径为钢球的1.004倍加0.12毫米,小圆柱孔的直径小于钢球直径0.1~0.3毫米,深度为0.1-0.4毫米。小圆柱孔起锁住钢球的作用。与原轴承的保持架相比,免去手工凿印的麻烦,提高了劳动生产效率,使轴承运转更平稳,从而提高了轴承使用寿命,主要应用于机电、冶金行业,对主机进行轴向定位。

目前,公知的用于四点接触球轴承车制实体保持架有两种,一种是保持架兜孔为通孔,另一种是兜孔下方为锥孔,这两种架都不理想。第一种架,手工凿印,生产效率极低有时还掉球;第二种架,球从外径装入后整体装入外圈,装球数量少,导致轴承额定动载荷低。
发明内容
为了克服四点接触球轴承常用两种保持架的缺点,即手工凿印及装球少的特点,本实用新型提供一种自锁式保持架,无须凿印,从保持架内径装球,锁量合适,装球数目多。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种自锁式四点接触球轴承,由轴承外圈1、轴承内圈4、钢球2和保持架3组成,其特征在于,保持架3兜孔为两层圆柱孔,由大圆柱孔5和小圆柱孔6结合而成。所述的大圆柱孔5的直径D为钢球2的直径的1.004倍加0.12毫米,所述的小圆柱孔6直径d小于钢球直径0.1~0.3毫米,深度h为0.1-0.4毫米。小圆柱孔起锁住钢球的作用。成功地解决了装轴承时钢球易从保持架内径掉出的问题。
本实用新型的有益效果是,与原保持架相比,免去手工凿印的麻烦,提高了劳动生产效率,使轴承运转更平稳。提高了额定动载荷和轴承使用寿命。

具体实施方式
保持架3兜孔为两层圆柱孔,由大圆柱孔5和小圆柱孔6结合而成。大圆柱孔5的直径D为钢球2的1.004倍加0.12毫米,所述的小圆柱孔6直径d小于钢球直径0.1~0.3毫米,深度h为0.3毫米。小圆柱孔起锁住钢球的作用。因四点接触球轴承内圈两体,用户在装轴承时钢球易从保持架内径掉出,给安装带来许多困难。用自锁式保持架就成功地解决了这个问题。

1、一种自锁式四点接触球轴承,由轴承外圈(1)、轴承内圈(4)、钢球(2)和保持架(3)组成,其特征在于,保持架(3)兜孔为两层圆柱孔,由大圆柱孔(5)和小圆柱孔(6)结合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁式四点接触球轴承,其特征在于,所述的大圆柱孔(5)的直径D为钢球(2)的直径的1.004倍加0.12毫米。
