本实用新型在国际专利分类表中,属于轴承小类,即F16C。也与润滑小类有关,即F16N。特别涉及自润滑复合轴承。
背景技术
众所周知,英国格兰西亚公司创制了三层复合轴承,即以钢板为基体,其上面烧结球形青铜粉层后,再复以聚四氟乙烯为主体的自润滑层,称DU。此类产品历史悠久,较为成熟,但存在质量较重,自润滑层太薄,承载能力不强,使用寿命不够长的难题。本公司申请的专利技术,专利号为02295349.3,克服了自润滑层太薄和使用寿命不长的缺点,但存在铝基刚性差的弊病,特别是以聚四氟乙烯为主体的自润滑层,表面太光滑、与基体粘合力不强且承载能力低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种克服自润滑层与金属基板粘合力弱的自润滑轴承,同时它的刚性较好且承载能力强,使用寿命长。
上述目的通过下列方案得以实现:一种钢基、织物复合自润滑轴承,至少包括卷制成轴套状并且有接缝的钢基外套,钢基外套的内表面上粘合有分别以聚四氟乙烯、芳纶为经纬线的织物内层。
按照上述方案制成的样品,由于自润滑层改成了以聚四氟乙烯、芳纶为主体的织物,因此增加了粘合力;此外钢基外套有较大的刚性以及内层较好的承载能力,由于内层较厚从而使用寿命较长。

其中:1、钢基外套;2、粘合剂;3、织物内层;4、经线;5、纬线。一条为芳纶线,另一条为聚四氟乙烯为主的减摩耐磨材料。
具体实施方式
一种钢基、织物复合自润滑轴承,至少包括卷制成轴套状并且有接缝的钢基外套1,钢基外套1的内表面上粘合有以聚四氟乙烯、芳纶为主体的织物内层3。钢基外套1和织物内层3以胶合剂2粘合,粘合的面为粗糙面。织物内层3的经线4和纬线5中,一种为聚四氟乙烯为主的减摩耐磨材料,另一种为芳纶。

Claims (3)

1、一种钢基、织物复合自润滑轴承,至少包括卷制成轴套状并且有接缝的钢基外套(1),其特征是钢基外套(1)的内表面上粘合有分别以聚四氟乙烯、芳纶为经纬线的织物内层(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的钢基、织物复合自润滑轴承,其特征在于钢基外套(1)和织物内层(3)以胶合剂(2)粘合,粘合的面为粗糙面。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的钢基、织物复合自润滑轴承,其特征在于织物内层(3)的经线(4)和纬线(5)中,一种以聚四氟乙烯为主体的减摩、耐磨材料,另一种为芳纶。
