本实用新型涉及一种半地下隧道式沼气反应釜,包括备料池、产气池及出料池。产气池位于反应釜中心部位,备料池和出料池分别设于产气池两侧;沿备料池与出料池地面周边分别设有前、后防护栏,备料池外侧设有续水槽通过续水孔与备料池相通,备料池连接地面一侧设有续料斗及补水管;与备料池、出料池相通的产气池两侧出口分别为进料口和出料口,对应进料口及出料口分别设置进料装置和置于出料槽中的出料装置;产气池顶部设有顶盖板,其上设有沼气出口及温度探测孔,温度探头设于温度探测孔内;产气池内下部设有产气运行装置,产气池底部设有底槽板,续热管平行设于底槽板下。反应釜主体采用薄板制作组装,质轻坚固耐用;安装简便省时,运行高效安全。

半地下隧道式沼气反应釜
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气反应釜,特别涉及一种半地下隧道式沼气反应釜。
背景技术
沼气是一种废物利用、物美价廉的优质燃料。目前,我国沼气行业发展比较缓慢,就制气装置而言,其结构简单,技术落后。大多采用较笨重的方法,人工建造简易沼气池,既不能保证沼气的质量和产量又存在漏水、坍塌等多种安全隐患。也有采用钢筋水泥浇灌筑成的塔式沼气池,但耗资多,占地面积大,实施效果欠佳。现有一种分箱式的沼气发生装置,该装置主体是一个约50立方米的卧式钢罐,罐中采用隔板分隔成若干个格,罐中的原料根据产气原理周期性用液体泵从一格抽出再打入另一格,使其换格气化。该装置结构复杂,操作繁琐,沼气质量不稳定,制气应用方案不成熟。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种节能、高效、环保、安全生产沼气的半地下隧道式沼气反应釜,配套设置电控装置(另案申请专利),以利形成沼气生产的自动化、产业化。
为实现上述目的本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该反应釜包括备料池、产气池及出料池,产气池位于反应釜中心部位,备料池和出料池分别设于产气池两侧;沿备料池与出料池地面周边分别设有前、后防护栏,备料池外侧设有续水槽通过续水孔与备料池相通,备料池连接地面一侧设有续料斗及补水管;与备料池、出料池相通的产气池两侧出口分别为进料口和出料口,对应备料池进料口及出料池出料口分别设置进料装置和置于出料槽中的出料装置;产气池顶部设有顶盖板,顶盖板上设有沼气出口及温度探测孔,温度探头设置于温度探测孔内;产气池内下部设有产气运行装置,产气池底部设有底槽板,续热管平行设于底槽板下,一端连接热源体。
所述反应釜主体形状为卧式圆柱体、椭圆体或长方体。
本实用新型的优点是:该反应釜造型新颖、结构完善,借助于半地下设置节约资源与能源。连续运行,操作轻便,大大降低了劳动强度。在制气工艺中与其它相应的装置配套使用,可实现沼气大规模自动化连续性稳定生产,优质高效,安全可靠;回收废渣,节能环保。开发新能源,将生物病毒在源头灭杀,净化环境,清新自然,变废弃有机物质为能源原料,制气原料残渣又变为优质有机肥料。反应釜主体采用薄板制作组装,安装简便省时,易于运输,质轻坚固耐用。反应釜加工生产沼气易形成产业化,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和较佳实施例,对依据本实用新型提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征详述如下:
参见图1、图2,本实用新型包括备料池1、产气池2及出料池3。产气池2位于反应釜中心部位,保持相对的封闭性;备料池1和出料池3分别设于产气池2两侧;沿备料池1与出料池3地面22周边分别设有前、后防护栏4、5,防止人身事故,保证操作人员的安全。备料池1外侧设有续水槽6通过续水孔7与备料池1相通,备料池1连接地面22一侧设有续料斗8及补水管9;与备料池1、出料池3相通的产气池2两侧出口分别为进料口10和出料口11,对应备料池进料口10及出料池出料口11分别设置进料装置12和置于出料槽14中的出料装置13;产气池2顶部设有顶盖板15,顶盖板15上设有沼气出口16及温度探测孔17,温度探头18设置于温度探测孔17内;产气池2内下部设有具有搅拌传送功能的产气运行装置19,产气池2底部设有底槽板20,续热管21平行设于底槽板20下,一端连接热源体,如采用各种加热炉等。
反应釜主体比较庞大,一般长度约为20m,直径约为2m。主体形状为卧式圆柱体、椭圆体或长方体等。
将制气原料输送到反应釜中,即将原料从续料斗倒入备料池,在备料池中由续水孔或补水管注水加湿,使原料变成浓稠状并由进料装置通过进料口送入产气池中,稠状的原料在产气池中由产气运行装置匀速地往出料口移动,在移动的过程中不断地接受釜底续热管供给的热量—升温—发酵—连续不断地散发出沼气。所产出的沼气由沼气出口排出进入反应釜外专门收集沼气的装置中。设于釜底的续热管对产气池的供热量由温度探头指令专设的配套温控装置对续热管的供热量进行控制,使产气池内的温度保持在一定范围内恒定,稠状制气原料在产气池中不断吸热、气化,同时在产气运行装置搅拌运行的作用下不断向出料口移动输出,稠状产气原料在恒温下产出沼气。经过气化的制气原料残渣变成了优质的有机肥料,被产气运行装置从出料口送进出料池中,然后由出料装置运出送入专设的制气肥料储存池中;与此同时,进料装置将等量的优质制气原料通过进料口源源不断地补进产气池中连续气化,循环往复,过程恒定。该反应釜主体采用薄板,如塑料板、金属板材运用常规技术制作组装,除以上详述的技术特征外,其它均为本专业普通技术人员的已知技术及常识。该反应釜可配套设置电控装置,形成沼气连续生产的自动化,达到高产率。由于该反应釜制气规模较大,因此更适于建设在城镇的粪便集散地、屠宰场、禽畜饲养基地及植物茎叶粪便等有机废弃物容易收集存储的地方。制取沼气的同时残渣可做肥料,变废为宝,并将废弃物中的细菌病毒消灭,净化环境。

1、一种半地下隧道式沼气反应釜,其特征包括备料池、产气池及出料池,产气池位于反应釜中心部位,备料池和出料池分别设于产气池两侧;沿备料池与出料池地面周边分别设有前、后防护栏,备料池外侧设有续水槽通过续水孔与备料池相通,备料池连接地面一侧设有续料斗及补水管;与备料池、出料池相通的产气池两侧出口分别为进料口和出料口,对应备料池进料口及出料池出料口分别设置进料装置和置于出料槽中的出料装置;产气池顶部设有顶盖板,顶盖板上设有沼气出口及温度探测孔,温度探头设置于温度探测孔内;产气池内下部设有产气运行装置,产气池底部设有底槽板,续热管平行设于底槽板下,一端连接热源体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的半地下隧道式沼气反应釜,其特征在于所述反应釜主体形状为卧式圆柱体、椭圆体或长方体。
