Abstract

一种腐化池与沼气池的重叠组合结构,它是将用于腐熟产沼气料液的腐化池置放在沼气的上边,并在两池的顶部分别开有同心的孔口,在腐化池的孔口处安放有底部有若干通孔的加料筐,在沼气池的孔口处安置有锥形落料筒,另制作一可堵塞落料筒的封堵塞,在与其相连接的升降杆及固定在升降杆上的定位销的配合作用下,可控制腐化池与沼气池的进料通道的通与断,从而可控制从腐化池进入沼气池的料液的时间,又在升降杆的顶部装有摇手把,在其下段配装有轴承架和搅拌桨,转动摇手把可使升降杆旋转,从而带动搅拌桨转动,对沼液进行搅拌。本组合池体结构生产、安装效率高,可连续顺畅产气,使用方便。

本发明涉及一种粪肥和有机碳水化合物的发酵装置 
背景技术
为使投入到沼气池内的物料液能尽快产气且多产气,并减少浮壳的生成,人们逐渐采用先将用于产气的畜粪、秸杆等进行腐化(酸化)处理,然后再投入沼气池。而用于腐化产气料液的腐化池多修在沼气池旁边,这样就需多占土地,即使已有将腐化池修建在沼气池上方的结构出现,但其内部缺少能使其达到更为理想的运行状态的结构和功能性零部件,故使用效果还不令人满意。 
发明内容
为使腐化池不另占土地,且能使腐化池与沼气池能更好地配合使用,多产沼气,本实用新型提供一种将腐化池置放在沼气池上边,且可使两池能较好的配合使用的两池重叠组合的结构。 
本发明的技术方案是:将预制好的腐化池置放在预制好的沼气池上边,使两池呈上下重叠的位置结构,并在两池的顶部开出同心的孔口,在腐化池的孔口上安放一底部有通孔的加料筐,供往腐化池内投放秸杆等待腐化物料,在沼气池的上孔口处安置一锥形落料筒,可让腐化池中已腐熟的物料经其中落入沼气池内,另制做一与漏料筒配合使用的锥形封堵塞,其上连接有升降杆,升降杆上段固定有一定位销。当提起升降杆,将定位销搁置在加料筐上时,该封堵塞外圆周边与落料筒下段孔内周边出现空隙,腐化池内已腐好的物料液从空隙处落入沼气池,当定位销不搁置在加料筐上时,封堵塞随升降杆落下,塞在锥形落料筒内下段处,可隔断腐化池与沼气池之间的物料液通道。为能够搅拌沼气池内的产气料液使其多产气,在池体结构中设置了搅拌装置,其包括:在升降杆顶端装配了一摇手把,在其下端联接了一搅拌浆,在加料筐中心位置搁置一有缺口的卡式垫板,用以垫住定位销,使其在轴向转到与加料筐中心的条孔位置重合时不致从条孔中落下,在落料筒中设置有外形为梯形的轴承架,升降杆从其中心孔穿过,其内孔与升降杆外圆周间留有较小间隙,使得升降杆在转动时不产生大幅晃动。 
本发明的有益效果是:腐化池和沼气池的生产、安装效率高,可加快产气速度和提高产气率,使用起来方便可靠。

具体实施方式
在图中1所示的组合池体结构中,腐化池壳体(3)、沼气池壳体(5)[包括底座]可分别用钢筋混凝土预制成形,再运至现场从下往上叠放组合在一起。在图1至图10中所示的加料筐(2)、搅拌桨(7)、落料筒(9)、轴承架(10)、升降杆(13)、卡式垫板(14)可用耐蚀塑料制成,摇手把(1)可用金属材料或塑料制成,除渣液管(4)可用混凝土等制成,封堵塞(7)宜用橡胶制成。图3所示的升降杆(13)两头的螺纹段分别供装配摇手把(1)、搅拌桨(7)和封堵塞(8)。本技术方案中考虑将腐化池和沼气池的顶部孔口同时作为检修池子的进出通道,故应将两池的顶部孔口开得大一些。 
池内主要零部件的安装:一、将封堵塞(8)旋装在升降杆(13)下端螺杆的靠里处,然后将升降杆(13)下端伸进落料筒(9),再将搅拌桨(7)旋装在升降杆(13)的下端头处,并将已装上搅拌桨(7)、封堵塞(8)的升降杆(13)和已套在其上的落料筒(9)一起放进沼气池内;将轴承架(10)从升降杆(13)的上端套入,顺杆向下置入落料筒(9)的内孔中。二、将加料筐(2)的中心孔套装入升降杆(13)、并搁置在腐化池(3)的顶口上,再将摇手把(1)旋装在升降杆(13)上端的螺杆头上。 
本组合池的使用方法和运行过程简述如下:如图1中所示,腐化池中腐化到一定程度的的料液从轴承架(10)上的孔洞和封堵塞(8)与落料筒(9)之间的空隙落进入沼气池进行产气反应,当部分料液产气完毕后成为渣液沉入池底,其中较清的渣液在腐化池内高位的料液压力作用下,从除渣液管(4)被排出池外[当池底沉渣积得较多时,可从除渣液管(4)的上口放入污水泵将其抽出]。此后在腐化池下部已腐好的料液(12)可落入沼气池进行补料。只要适时给腐化池中补加待腐的原料液,就可实现给沼气池连续加料,使沼气池内连续产气。当需要搅动沼气池内的料液时,将卡式垫板卡住升降杆,垫住定位销,然后转动摇手把,使升降杆转动,从而带动其下端的搅拌桨旋转,搅拌沼气池中的料液。在需暂停产气或腐化料液(12)未腐到要求的程度时,可将升降杆(13)放下,其下端的封堵塞(8)封堵住落料筒(9)的内孔道,使腐化料液(12)不能继续落入沼气池。当需要对池子进行检修时,可从腐化池顶口依次取出加料筐(2)、升降杆(13)、落料筒(9)等,从两池孔口处放入梯子即可进入池内。 

Claims (3)

1.一种腐化池与沼气池的重叠组合装置,由腐化池和沼气池以及设置于它们内部和外部的零部件组成,零部件包括:摇手把、升降杆、加料筐、落料筒、轴承架、封堵塞和搅拌桨,其特征是:在腐化池壳体(3)和沼气池壳体(5)的顶部分别开有同心的孔口,且在腐化池壳体(3)的顶部孔口处安置有加料筐(2),在沼气池壳体(5)的顶部孔口处安置有落料筒(9),落料筒(9)的筒身位于沼气池内,在落料筒(9)的内孔中安装轴承架(10),升降杆(13)下端穿过轴承架(10)伸进落料筒(9),封堵塞(8)旋装在升降杆(13)下端螺杆的靠里处,搅拌桨(7)旋装在升降杆(13)的下端头处,加料筐(2)的中心孔套装入升降杆(13)的上段,升降杆(13)的上段分别安装有摇手把(1)和定位销(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐化池与沼气池的重叠组合装置,其特征是:安放在腐化池壳体(3)顶部孔口处的加料筐(2)的底部开有若干的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐化池与沼气池的重叠组合装置,其特征是:安置在沼气池壳体(5)顶部孔口处的落料筒(9),其形状为上口部直径大、下口部直径小的锥形筒体。
