Abstract

移动床沼气池,沼气池技术改进。沼气池内有发酵间,发酵间上方有储藏间,储藏间顶部有导气管;在发酵间的右侧有沉渣间,沉渣间与发酵间连通,沉渣间的顶部有压水间;有一根下料管自储藏间顶部插入发酵间内,在下料管上端有进料口;在发酵间内下部水平设置有两个驱动轮和移动托料底板构成的传送机,下料管的下端口位于移动托料底板的上方,在移动托料底板的下方设置有除渣机。本发明的主要特点是在发酵间内有传送机,使得沼气池的托渣底部形成可移动的结构。本发明解决了现有的沼气池存在的原料在池内分布不均匀,原料在池内停留时间不均匀,出料很困难,在沼气池内存在死角,很难对原料的发酵时间、分布进行有效控制,除渣困难等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气池技术改进。
背景技术
生物质能源是三大新能源之一,是综合解决环保和能源供给的重要途径。但与风能、太阳能相比,生物质能源的开发明显滞后,至今没有找到很好的方法。
目前,生物质能源开发主要有直燃式发电、高温气化和沼气发酵技术。与其它两种生物质技术相比,沼气技术有很多优点:①原料适应性广;②沼气是生态、环保、高品质能源;③沼气的副产物可以生产有机肥料,价值很高;④沼气技术简单易行。正因为如此,沼气技术在我国得到了广泛应用。仅在十一五期间,我国政府就投资240多亿元建设沼气池和技术研究。
但沼气技术也存在不少问题,导致沼气技术无法进行大规模、工业化和高效益应用。这些缺陷主要有:1、沼气发酵速度慢;2、规模小;3、投资高;4、综合效益低。
固定床沼气池是目前常用的沼气池结构,它的结构特点是:由发酵间、储藏间、进料口、出料口、水压间、导气口、出料口通道构成。
这种沼气池存在以下缺点:
1、原料在池内分布不均匀,有的地方出现原料堆积,有的地方出现原料空洞;
2、原料在池内停留时间不均匀,使得有的原料过度发酵,有的发酵不足;
3、出料很困难,特别是对大型沼气池而言,出料更加困难;
4、在沼气池内存在死角,特别是大型沼气池存在的死角很大,导致有效容积减少;
5、很难对原料的发酵时间、分布进行有效控制;
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种移动床沼气池,本发明解决了现有的沼气池存在的原料在池内分布不均匀,原料在池内停留时间不均匀,出料很困难,在沼气池内存在死角,很难对原料的发酵时间、分布进行有效控制等问题。
本发明的移动床沼气池,沼气池内有发酵间1,发酵间1上方有储藏间2,储藏间2顶部有导气管3;在发酵间1的右侧有沉渣间9,沉渣间9与发酵间1连通,沉渣间9的顶部有压水间10;有一根下料管5自储藏间2顶部插入发酵间1内,在下料管5上端有进料口4;在发酵间1内下部水平设置有两个驱动轮7和移动托料底板6构成的传送机,下料管5的下端口位于移动托料底板6的上方,在移动托料底板6的下方设置有除渣机8。
本发明的主要特点是在发酵间内有传送机,使得沼气池的托渣底部形成可移动的结构,从而解决固定床沼气池存在的缺点。因此本发明具有以下优点:1、原料在池内分布均匀;2、原料在池内停留时间均匀,全部原料发酵充足;3、出料容易;4、在沼气池内不存在死角;5、便于控制原料的发酵时间;6、方便除渣。所述动托料底板6为铁、铝、陶瓷、铝合金、钢等材质。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并用最佳的实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
参阅图1-2,移动床沼气池,沼气池内有发酵间1,发酵间1上方有储藏间2,储藏间2预部有导气管3;在发酵间1的右侧有沉渣间9,沉渣间9与发酵间1连通,沉渣间9的顶部有压水间10;有一根下料管5自储藏间2顶部插入发酵间1内,在下料管5上端有进料口4;在发酵间1内下部水平设置有两个驱动轮7和移动托料底板6构成的传送机,下料管5的下端口位于移动托料底板6的上方,在移动托料底板6的下方设置有除渣机8。
根据固定床沼气池的上述特点,本发明设计了移动床沼气池。这一技术的基本思路是,将沼气池的托渣底部设计成可移动的,通过移动沼气池托渣底板来解决固定床沼气池存在的缺点。移动床沼气池的托渣底板可以连续移动,也可以间断移动。
沼气池运行说明:移动床沼气池的关键部件是传送机的移动托料盘。该盘可以用陶瓷、不锈铁、不锈钢、橡胶、塑料等原材料制成。通过驱动装置使其做平面移动。常用的方法是制成链板式,通过齿轮传动装置使平面托板连续运转。如果需要,也可以通过控制传动装置间断移动。
当沼气原料从入料口进入,通过下料管直接落在传送机的移动托料盘上。在原料发酵过程中移动盘不断向前慢慢移动。根据设定时间,当发酵结束时,移动盘带着原料正好移动至沼气池排渣口。沼气废渣落入除渣机进口,再通过除渣机将沼气废渣排出沼气池进行下一工序处理。

1.移动床沼气池,沼气池内有发酵间(1),发酵间(1)上方有储藏间(2),储藏间(2)顶部有导气管(3);在发酵间(1)的右侧有沉渣间(9),沉渣间(9)与发酵间(1)连通,沉渣间(9)的顶部有压水间(10);有一根下料管(5)自储藏间(2)顶部插入发酵间(1)内,在下料管(5)上端有进料口(4);其特征在于,在发酵间(1)内下部平面设置两个驱动 (装置)(7)和移动托料底板(6)构成的传送机,下料管(5)的下端口位于移动托料底板(6)的上方,在移动托料底板(6)的下方设置有除渣机(8)。
