擦拭去污两用手帕，有复合在一起的上中下三层柔软的薄片材料片，上中下三层柔软的薄片材料片中，上下两层柔软的薄片材料片是已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片，中层柔软的薄片材料片有已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片或纸巾，在中层的薄织物片或纸巾上涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品。本实用新型有三层复合的柔软的薄片材料片，中层柔软的薄片材料片上涂敷有香皂等日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品，使用时，可用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，汗水可被吸在上下两层，把本实用新型用水全部浸湿，使香皂溶出，可较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍。本实用新型可擦拭和去污两用，很方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种一次性方便手帕，特别是一种一次性方便手帕的复合层和复合层的涂敷物。
背景技术
手帕是用柔软的薄片材料片如薄织物片制成的柔软的薄片材料制品，手帕可随身携带，用于随时擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，制成手帕的薄织物片有的是用机织布，也有的是用无纺布。已有技术中，手帕是用单层薄织物片制成，手帕上没有香皂等日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品，这种手帕适用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，不能去除手或脸等皮肤上的油脂污渍，即使把手帕用水浸湿成含水的手帕，也不能较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍。在外出或旅行等场合中，人的手或脸等皮肤上会积滞一些含油污渍，很不舒服，去除含油污渍需用香皂等日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品，由于携带香皂不方便，用上述手帕不能较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍，所以这种手帕不方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用。已有技术中，有些一次性方便手帕含保湿因子，称为湿巾，湿巾是用薄织物片或纸巾制成的方形制品，湿巾是单层的，湿巾含有少量的水，密封包装，湿巾中不含有去除含油污渍的涂敷物，湿巾虽然可以较好地擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，但仍不能较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍，这种一次性方便手帕也不方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用。已有技术中，很多厂家生产香皂纸，这种香皂纸方便携带，香皂纸含有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品，但只能在洗涤时向皮肤上擦涂香皂，不能作为手帕随时用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，因此也不方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足，提出一种既能用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，又能较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍，因而方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用的含有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品的擦拭去污两用手帕。
本实用新型是用如下方法实现的。
擦拭去污两用手帕是柔软的薄片材料制品，柔软的薄片材料制品有复合在一起的上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片，上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片中，上、下两层柔软的薄片材料片是已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片，中层柔软的薄片材料片有已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片或纸巾，在中层的薄织物片或纸巾上涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品。
本实用新型由于有复合在一起的上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片，使用时，可用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，汗水污物可被吸附在上、下两层薄织物片中，由于汗水一般不是很多，中层柔软的薄片材料片上涂敷的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品不会被少量的汗水溶出。在外出或旅行等场合中，人的手或脸等皮肤上会积滞一些含油污渍，在需要去除时，可把本实用新型用水全部浸湿，用手揉搓本实用新型，使中层柔软的薄片材料片上涂敷的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品溶出，溶出的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品溶液会浸透本实用新型，用浸透日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品溶液的本实用新型可较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍。
本实用新型可以象已有技术中的手帕一样用于擦拭手或脸等皮肤上的汗水污物，也可用于较彻底地去除手或脸等皮肤上的含油污渍，所以本实用新型可擦拭和去污两用，很方便在外出或旅行等场合中使用。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
图1中，擦拭去污两用手帕是柔软的薄片材料制品1，柔软的薄片材料制品有复合在一起的上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片2、3、4，上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片中，上、下两层柔软的薄片材料片是已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片，中层柔软的薄片材料片有已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片或纸巾，在中层的薄织物片或纸巾上涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品5。
上述日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品可以是香皂、洗手液、洗面奶、浴液、洗涤液、肥皂或洗衣粉。
上述涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品的中层柔软的薄片材料片上，每平方米柔软的薄片材料片上有10克～100克的以干基计的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品。
上述上、下两层薄织物片可以是制已有技术中制手帕的机织布，也可以是制已有技术中的手帕的无纺布，也可以是上述机织布与无纺布的组合。
上述机织布可以是平纹布也可以是毛巾布，上述无纺布可以是10g/m2～150g/m2的具有吸水性的无纺布。
上述涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品的中层柔软的薄片材料片的制法是，先把适当浓度的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品水溶液涂敷到薄织物片上，然后把涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品水溶液的薄织物片干燥。涂敷日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品水溶液时，控制薄织物片上的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品量是每平方米薄织物片上涂敷有10克～100克以干基计的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品。
上述日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品水溶液可以是用已有技术中的香皂、肥皂或洗衣粉溶解在水里制成，也可以是配制的香皂、肥皂或洗衣粉水溶液，也可以用洗手液、洗面奶、浴液、洗涤液。
在涂敷时，可采用喷涂、刷涂、浸涂或刮涂的方法涂敷。由于机织布和无纺布等薄织物片产品一般是成卷的产品，所以最好是采用浸涂的方法。在浸涂时，浸涂设备可采用已有技术中的对成卷的薄片产品连续浸涂液态流体的设备，如在成卷的纸上浸涂功能性药剂溶液的浸涂机或在成卷的布匹上浸涂淀粉浆的浸涂机或是在成卷的橡胶织物骨架上浸涂胶浆的浸涂机等类似的浸涂设备，浸涂设备具有浸涂和干燥的功能，浸涂的量可以控制。这种浸涂设备对同行业的技术人员来说是很熟悉的通常设备。
把日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品水溶液喷涂、刷涂或刮涂到柔软的薄片材料片上的方法和设备也是同行业的技术人员很熟悉的通常方法和设备。
上述涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品的中层柔软的薄片材料片可以是香皂纸。
涂敷日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品后的中层柔软的薄片材料片的上、下面分别与上、下层薄织物片相贴并复合在一起，最后裁成方形手帕的尺寸。
上述上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片可以是用缝纫的方法复合。当上、下两层柔软的薄片材料片都是无纺布时，还可以用热合的方法复合。热合时，可用上、下两块相对的板面上有相配合的凸棱和凹槽的电热板以适当的力夹持上述相贴在一起的上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片，使上、下两层无纺布复合。凸棱和凹槽可以是沿方形手帕的四周的直线，也可以是各种花型，也可以是四周的直线与各种花型的组合。
Claims (10)
1.一种擦拭去污两用手帕，是柔软的薄片材料制品，其特征在于：柔软的薄片材料制品有复合在一起的上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片，上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片中，上、下两层柔软的薄片材料片是已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片，中层柔软的薄片材料片有已有技术中制手帕用的薄织物片或纸巾，在中层的薄织物片或纸巾上涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品。
2.按权利要求1所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的中层柔软的薄片材料片上，每平方米柔软的薄片材料片上涂敷有10克～100克的以干基计的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品，所述的日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品是香皂、肥皂、洗衣粉、洗手液、洗面奶、浴液或洗涤液。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的涂敷有日常生活中含有洗涤用表面活性剂的洗涤品的中层柔软薄片材料片是香皂纸。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的薄织物片是机织布或者是10g/m2～150g/m2的具有吸水性的无纺布，机织布是平纹布或毛巾布。
5.按权利要求3所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的薄织物片是机织布或者是10g/m2～150g/m2的具有吸水性的无纺布，机织布是平纹布或毛巾布。
6.按权利要求1、2或5所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的手帕是上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片缝纫复合的柔软的薄片材料制品。
7.按权利要求3所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的手帕是上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片缝纫复合的柔软的薄片材料制品。
8.按权利要求4所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的手帕是上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片缝纫复合的柔软的薄片材料制品。
9.按权利要求4所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的上、下两层薄织物片是10g/m2～150g/m2的具有吸水性的无纺布。
10.按权利要求9所述的擦拭去污两用手帕，其特征是：所述的手帕是上、中、下三层柔软的薄片材料片热合复合的柔软的薄片材料制品。
